This is a solid replacement for the stock pocket bike exhaust. Installation is easy and we were able to do it without having to disassemble the bike! And that was a first. I usually have to remove the faring and gas tank or the fork. It comes with gasket and hardware, but did not include lock washers, which are critical for preventing the screws from backing out from engine vibration.

Would give zero stars if I could. The muffler is not a muffler, it's just a larger piece of pipe with end caps. Does not muffle the exhaust at all.

Not bad for the price. I did have to modify it for my application though not everyone will run into that I assume. The paint isn’t the best definitely scratched easier than I anticipated but whatever that can be fixed with high temp paint at the parts store later. The endcap (silencer) is riveted on not screwed or welded and honestly looks like a straight through exhaust no baffling but again I haven’t run it yet so I have no clue how loud or quiet it actually is. Welds are…. They hold it together in shipping though I am a welder by trade so I’m a bit bougie when it comes to welds haha but heck for the money you get an exhaust that seems decent enough it’s not a bad buy. If you want fancy buy a name brand or more spendy pipe. It did come with a gasket and hardware though I’ll replace the hardware with stainless. Oh and the packaging was minty! Came packed better than the engine kit I bought for three times the cost of the pipe!

Got it for a 49cc scooter but didn’t fit

Great exhaust system for small performance engines. I used this on my 52/49cc (you never know with the cheap Chinese ones) engine swapped pocket bike. I put the engine I used in the review pictures. This exhaust system for almost perfectly after cutting the hanger off of it and this bike is very very small so that’s impressive. As you can tell by the custom engine mounts, I’m no welder or mechanic. So I could have made it fit with some more “custom” work but it is almost all the way on, very very minor exhaust leak. Build quality has been good so far, will update if that changes

I bought this pipe to put on a 66cc motor kit for a mountain bike.i had to cut the flange off and reposition and make a bracket. The expansion chamber is a little small but it made a difference in low to midrange power and sound on the stock engine. For the price it was well worth it as just a basic mod. But don't expect 35mph without some porting and other work. Also it is slightly loud, but it sounds like a little dirtbike.
