Bought to make Ginger Cream Cookies. A farmers daughter house stable. My friend in California suggested molasses’s in milk for that spark of iron. Comfort food. Great for using in barbecue mixtures on meats. Molasses a great replacement for sugar less sweet. A little expensive still nice to have for those Molasses cookies. Better then store bought cookies. Comfort reminds me of my mother Helen making Molasses cookies with raisins.
