The Blum slides are great, works perfectly, had a problem with one of the slides that the rear mounting was bent to the point that it was unusable possibly bent in shipping but the box it came in looked good, not sure how it was bent, I ended up calling the seller, they needed photos of the slide which i sent to them, while I was on the phone with them they immediately fix and sent the new slides out , I received the new slides very fast, I really appreciate there customer service and support, I have ordered more from this sell and they are great to work with.

Great product. I am an amateur woodworker doing a custom project. These rails were super easy to install and adjust. Follow the instructions (available on the Blum website) and you cannot message up. The fit was perfect and soft close is great. They have a very smooth slide and soft close is great. Even with the heavy weight I have in the drawer.

My main concern with this product is the fact that two plastic adjustment tabs were broken from two different 21 inch bottom soft close slides. They were both for the left-hand side and so it basically rendered two of the five sets that I bought broken. I was able to make one work by adjusting it with some difficulty, but I’m waiting for Bloom to reply about the other because I really don’t like to have the defective adjustment tabs in there. They may need to be adjusted sometime in the future and it is a real pain with that tab broken off.I sent a message to the seller and they quickly replace the broken parts for me. Therefore, I am changing my review to five stars because everything else was fine.

I recently built a filing cabinet, and let me tell you, these are hands down the best drawer slides I have ever used! Yes, they come with a higher price tag, but trust me, they’re worth every penny.Once you get the hang of the installation (a bit of a learning curve, but nothing major), it’s smooth sailing from there. The soft-close feature is an absolute game changer! No more slamming drawers or waking up the entire house with a sudden bang. Just a gentle glide into place, making me feel like I’m living in a high-end furniture store.These slides are sturdy and can hold a lot of weight, which is a must when you're filing all those important documents (or maybe just hiding the junk you don’t want to deal with). I will never order any other drawer slides again! If you're serious about your DIY projects, do yourself a favor and grab these. Your drawers will thank you!

There were no instructions included but I found online instructions which made them very easy to install.
