I love this camera. It came in super quick. It was super easy to set up. The instructions are super simple and very clear. It was super easy to add to my other cameras. I love that you get very big screens and also the 2K video footage is awesome. Very clear. It has very bright lightning and I love that you can get a very low cost plan a month to get extra services. And I love that when people call you it causes your cell phone and you can leave messages for people at the camera. It stays connected very well and has lots of storage. The battery life is awesome also.

I’m extremely happy with the Arlo Video Doorbell 2K (2nd Generation) with Chime 2. Installation was quick and easy, and the app is very user-friendly. The 2K video quality is outstanding clear, sharp, and with great range, even at night.Motion and package detection work flawlessly, and I receive alerts on my phone almost instantly. The two-way audio is clear and makes it easy to talk to anyone at the door, even when I’m away. The Chime 2 is a great addition loud, customizable, and really completes the setup.I also love the sleek and modern design. You can tell this is a high quality product. It has definitely made my home feel safer. Highly recommend!

this doorbell is not as advertised. a vast majority of the features that are supposed to tell me this do not work even after you paid for a subscription plan. when someone pushes the doorbell button you will receive a call but you will not be able to answer or talk back to anyone nor can you send automated replies such as leave the package in front of the door. it does not record properly anytime I get a notification of a person package or motion 90% of the time said entity/ person that has caused the notification is on the other side and you cannot see their face. The only time you really can see anything is if a cat or a dog walks by. now this does work well to get notifications when a package is delivered but that rarely works to be quite honest unless somebody has rang the doorbell then it will kind of record properly. I live in the area where there's a large amount of thieves and I still have to take time off from work to make sure my packages are properly delivered because I still don't trust those doorbell / camera at all. I have the latest firmware both on the app and the doorbell I would recommend something else. PS I have all zones properly set up and the sensitivity is set to the highest The lag in the recording is very ungodly.

I bought this ring camera for my mother-in-law, I can't make a video of it because I sent it to her to Florida and I'm in California, but I can tell you that she is very happy with it, the ring camera has made her life a lot easier for her and her husband since both of them are in their late 70's , with the Arlo ring camera app they can answer the door and see in real time who is at the door without having to get up from the couch, bed etcetera all they have to do is look on the phone and they can hear and speak with the person outside, this gives them and me piece of mind, especially after my mother in las had a knee replacement surgery. The video quality is great, and the sound is clear, it was very easy to install, and it's been working very well, no complaints .

Loving the Arlo Video Doorbell (2nd Gen) so far. The video quality is really sharp, and setup was simple. It’s nice that you can use it wired or on battery, and the included chime is a nice touch. The two-way talk works great, and I feel a lot more secure with it by the door. Solid choice if you’re looking for a smart doorbell.
