Only problem, the handle to remove waste tank not robust enough for a commercial machine, apart from that very happy with purchase

I like not recycling the dirty water and it cleans well enough, but for the money this machine has some awful faults. In particular edge cleaning is pathetic. I have to use another mop to do edges. And when cleaning pet hair you have to stop the machine every few yards to clear the blades of accumulated hair. There is no indicator to show when the dirty water tank is full and instead it just starts spewing the dirty water back onto the floor. The dirty tank is a really awkward thing to empty and splashed all over the toilet bowl - removing the lid off it requires gloves and it sits awkwardly dripping on surfaces while you are emptying the tank. Karcher are relying on the lack of competition in this market but a competitor could clean up if they improved on this machine. I'm adding to this review one year on. My original comments stand, but now the pipe returning the water to the tank must be blocked as it is spewing drity water onto the floor and not filling the tank. We've been through one roller and the cleaning of the machine is a constant chore. Given my time again I would NOT buy this machine.

Our Normandy farmhouse has an uneven granite floor in the kitchen and quarry tiles in the rest of the house. Cleaning the floors using mop and bucket has been a major chore. Using the Karcher is easy and the floors are looking really good. It's easy to keep them clean despite the comings and goings of 2 dogs and 4 cats.

This is an excellent product and I highly recommend it. It is a heavy-duty floor washer and dries the floor very well too, but it is easy to use and not too heavy.

Treasurer for a Community Centre.Our main hall is approx 5 x 15 meters and has a vinyl floor. I've only used the default red roller and its been fantastic. The hall is used every day usually however we are using this machine for a big, deep clean during the COVID lockdown. A lot of the discoloured floor is now coming up roses.

Had this less than a year, chemical leaks all over the floor if left standing, can never get through to Karcher support to order spares, we have bought new brushes online but now it needs new rubbers on the bottom. This is supposed to be a commercial cleaner we only use indoors and already the rubbers are worn out in less than a year. Wouldn't waste your money. Karcher support is terrible we have phoned numerous times and the queue is horrendous over an hour wait. Have the karcher pressure washer that also needs attention but again can not get through to customer services. Save your money and go for a cheaper model

We wash large sways of floors, from antique tiles to modern tiles, to wood, to concrete, as well as carpets, so having a scrubber is absolutely essential.The scrubber is a joy to use, and a huge relief to behold, as we used to have Lavor which was in a permanent state of disrepair almost from the day we bought it, and the worst thing of all was that the maintenance was really difficult.Karcher scrubber is really well engineered and allows for easy maintenance- brush removed with a simple push, which allows to clean under the brush after every use. Squedgees just click into place, so can be cleaned instantly if blocked, long cord, everything clicks into place perfectly, really smooth running.I wish we bought this scrubber three years ago instead of Lavor, as Lavor is now on the skip. This is exactly the case when the economy is false, and it is better to invest into a quality item which will provide superior service for longer.Clean quality is outstanding, floors look new after cleaning.A word of advice - do buy professional cleaning soap which goes with the scrubber, as in our experience the difference it makes is huge.

Used three times and brush stopped spinning. Got it repaired, (expensive at Karcher dealer original had closed and they wouldn't uphold warranty as its a commercial cleaner) and used once more. Failed again, will not feed water/cleaner onto brush. Checked all accessible parts, ok, so back to dealer for expensive repair again. All other Karcher equipment I have is good, but this is useless.
