This is an awesome product for a small garage workshop using a shop vac as my "dust collector". I got tired of turning my vacuum on and off every time I wanted to make a quick miter or table saw cut. I tried remote plugs for the shopvac but kept losing the remote. This is by far the best option and when I saw this product at a reasonable price compared to some others on the market, it was an easy decision to buy it. I can plug in my shop vac, miter saw, and table saw, and leave them plugged in. The time delay for the vacuum to switch on after the tool works perfect so you don't draw too much power all at once. It does take a little bit of getting used to letting the shop vac turn on after you've started your saw before you make the cut, but its not bad at all. It only takes a second or 2 to kick on and the feature is well worth it to prevent too much power consumption all at once. This relatively cheap tool makes your workflow in a small shop SO much easier and without fuss - it just works every time. The product seems to be well made and I have had no issues so far after a couple months of use. Time will tell how long it lasts, but so far it doesn't show any signs of wearing out or not lasting. If you are on the fence, just do it and thank me later!

Saw this product recommended on a bunch of YouTube woodworking channels. Picked it up for my shop for my table and miter saw and it works beautifully.Things I like…The construction feels quality, there is a short delay when the tool comes on before it switches the vacuum on to prevent start up current of both from blowing a circuit. And on shutdown of the tool leaves the vacuum running for a few seconds to clear the hose and to give you a chance to run multiple cycles of the tool in one go.

I use this to run my miter saw and shop vac for aDustless shop. The timer is set long enough to stay on after the saw stops for a few seconds to make sure most the chips are sucked up. It has a nail hanger notch on the back to hang on the wall. So far the quality is durable and holding up great. I am looking at another one for the table saw! I have a small 2.5 gallon shop vac but need to upgrade to a larger one for more dust capacity. You can switch it on to run the vacuum without the saw which makes a great feature. Works like it should and very happy with it.

Plug it in and it just works. Makes the shop vacuum easier to use and more likely for me to engage it. I mat buy another for the other side of my shop that has a smaller system.

These switches are so handy for plugging in my vacuum system to my wood saw table and my belt sander to keep the air from getting so dusty. Whoever thought of his is genius. Runs the ventilation for a couple seconds after you turn off the table or sander. Great idea!!!

Wanted to use this with my table saw and Rigid Shopvac. Item functions as described, appears well built. Using it with a 20amp circuit in my garage. I know the specs say 15 amp max. It works with both for a bit but the circuit blows if a more than moderate load from the saw is needed. Not gonna return it, just find another use than what I intended.

These are really awesome to have for your wood shop, automatically turns your connected shop vac on when you turn on your table saw or miter saw or planer or router, etc. to help keep your shop cleaner and have less dust.

I absolutely love the convenience of using my miter saw and having my vacuum turn on simultaneously.
