I was hesitant at first because I've read the worst reviews, but I've been using it since I've received it about 6 weeks ago and it still works, no unnecessary shocks and works great. I use it while I'm working 10 hour shifts. You know it's working when you first use it and you're sore, lol. Start at level 1 and work your way up (your comfort level). I would advise to order some extra gel adhesives ahead of time if you plan on using it regularly (I do it 4-5 times a week)

Such a great device! My husband has been looking for something to help him tone his abs and get his body and mind going into the direction of being healthy. When he uses this he definitely feels the muscle stimulation and relaxation that it provides. It's so easy to use, charges easily with the USB cable and I love watching him get more toned each day! I also like it for myself as I recently had a leg injury. My muscles were weak after the bone healed and I gave this a try. So glad I did! I love the way it feels and I know that my circulation is improving and that is helping me to feel stronger each day! I look forward to just relaxing on the couch and letting the ABS Stimulator do it's job! The picture I provided is the stimulator on my calf. It's really making a difference for me!

I love how this works while I am not thinking about it. I also feel warmer when they are working. A bit of advice - only do 40 min otherwise it wants to stick hard enough to hurt a little (like pulling a bandaid off) while taking them off. I don't see results quite yet but I love how it feels while they are at work. Also - if I put it on my back it's like a back rub.

ABS Stimulator Workout Equipment Stimulated the muscles. Loved the different settings and how many different settings there were. I felt good after using the machine, sounds weird but like a runners high but I don’t see any physical changes to my body after almost a month.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and it is great. I can really feel it working when I am using it. It is something that is good to use for pre-workouts or even around the house. I can tell it is going to last a long time. It fits right onto the desired area and makes me feel like I am losing that fat.

Overall it was just ok. Intensity of pulses was good but did have to max it out to really feel strong muscle contractions. Main reason for 3 stars is the stickiness of the pads wore off after 2 uses had to hold it in place to really get any muscle contractions
