I didn't know what to expect so FYI before you buy, just expect a very lean cut of loin meat. It's very dry (as pork usually is) if you over cook it. But still good protein in a can that will last a few years. It doesn't pull apart easily, more like tuna fish so I made pork sandwiches similar to a tuna sandwich. Don't add any salt because it's plenty salty.

Half the cans in a case of 24 were found damaged. Two had severe damage but not leaking, the rest mild to moderate damage. I had purchased a case of undamaged Keystone ground beef last year so this purchase is a disappointment. The product is not not returnable and long term storage on the damaged cans is doubtful. UPDATE; Keystone responded to my review by offering a full refund which has been received. Keystone has a good product and I'm very pleased they stand behind it. I'll purchase from Keystone again.
