Omg, I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a review but this adaptor, as simple as it maybe, was perfect!!! Since building my computer 5 years ago I stupidly bent and broke a couple of pins from in the front panel usb connector on my motherboard. I didn’t really have the space and didn’t really want to spent £20 on a PCI-E adapter card to replace the connector but this cable is perfect. I know I only get USB 2.0 speeds and not 3.0 speeds but honestly don’t care, connect a wireless mouse or headset dongle, or a quick thumb drive. Honestly, I’m so pleased!!!! Thank you so much

Perfect fit!
Just what was needed, I needed to convert the usb 3 to 2 as the GPU was in the way of the motherboard port, yes it's a little slower but it works perfectly and hasn't failed me yet so I can't complain, easy to use and install, feels well built so happy chappy!

Did the job but flimsy cheap plastic on the surround.
Blue plastic surround broke on inserting my USB3 header into it, just really brittle cheap plastic. Cable works but is hanging in with no support. Have given it 3 stars as it still works but the next one I will look elsewhere.

Come convertire in un baleno una porta USB 3.0 in una USB 2.0
Oggetto ben realizzato. Arriva in un blister trasparente marchiato Akasa. L'oggetto è semplice ma al tempo stesso utilissimo: consente di collegare una porta USB 3.0 ad un connettore USB 2.0 presente sulla scheda madre. Come? Basta collegare l'estremità più grande del cavetto ad una porta USB 3.0 (per esempio presente sul case del PC) e l'altra estremità ad un classico connettore USB 2 presente sulla scheda madre. Funziona immediatamente, non necessita di installazione software alcuna. Ovviamente il transfer rate rimane limitato a 2.0.

Gut und günstig
Um mein alter Gigabyte GA-X58-UD5 aufzurüsten ist dieses Teil perfekt. USB 2 Mainboardport eingesetzt und Frontpanel USB 3 funktioniert. Geschwindigkeit natürlich nur USB2. Aber Gehäuse hatte nur USB 3( Corsair Venegance)

Très bon cable et fonctionne parfaitement, les 2 ports USB en façade sont fonctionnels contrairement à certains autres câbles moins cher. A commander impérativement si vous voulez de la qualité

ケース Corsair 330R MB H55M-P33 マザーボードが古すぎてUSB3.0ヘッダーが非搭載でUSB2.0ヘッダーしかありません。 しかしケースフロントパネルにはUSB3.0コネクタが2個ありました。 この商品のお陰でUSB3.0をUSB2.0に変換することができ大変助かりました。 なおこの商品1個で動作できるUSB2.0ポートは2個までです。 もちろんですが動作はUSB2.0基準になります。
