Fit the front sway bar on my car, and it's a good replacement for the worn bushings. BUT...
This part replaces worn out front sway bar bushings of Ford Panther platform cars, including the Mercury Grand Marquis, Ford Crown Victoria, and Lincoln Town Car.However, there are at least four different front sway bar variations by thickness. You will need to measure the thickness of your car's front sway bar to determine the correct front sway bar bushing set you will need.My car, a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis GS, has a front sway bar thickness of about 28 millimeters, or 1.10 inches, so the Moog front sway bar bushing set K200167 was correct for my car.If your car has a front sway bar that measures around 25-26 millimeters, or around 1 inch, Moog K200165 is what you need.If your car has a front sway bar that measures around 26.5-27 millimeters, or around 1.04-1.06 inches, Moog K200166 is what you need.If your car has a front sway bar that measures around 28.5-29.5 millimeters, or around 1.12-1.16 inches, Moog K200168 is what you need. You should lubricate the sway bar and sway bar bushings where they will be together using a silicone-based grease.Upon installing the sway bar bushing, the opening of the bushing that allows you to insert it onto the sway bar must face away from the front of the vehicle to prevent water and dirt from being forced between the sway bar and the bushing. You must tighten the nuts of the sway bar mounting hardware to approximately 50 foot pounds (or about 68 Newton-meters).In addition to checking the front sway bar bushings, you may also want to check your front sway bar links to make sure they are also okay.

Not a direct replacement. But worked fine with new brackets.
I bought these for a 04 lincoln town car to replace the spongy rubber front sway bar bushings. But, I had to replace the metal brackets to use these. These definitely made the car handle better and increased the road feel in the steering wheel.
