Excellent customer service. Emailed them looking for a replacement part and Kenny took care of us. I will say it would be nice to have a parts schematic and ability to purchase replacement parts. Not sure if that is possible with this particular RC car. Some details about the car itself - speed is great, seems pretty durable. Just try not to slam it into curbs or jump off stairs a lot as the plastic will eventually break. Definitely not an off-road RC, and meant for the street or packed dirt roads/ surfaces. This thing goes into grass and pretty much stops. Not bad though for the price point and for an 8 year old beginner RC car.

They were great for a couple of days. My 22 year old son purchased the yellow. I purchased the pink for me and the red for my husband. The yellow one died first. You could smell the motor burning. It is dead. The red one today all of a sudden the controller no longer works and the cars tires keep spinning and it takes off out of control across the road. You can no longer control it. So now what's going to happen to the pink one? They haven't been used everyday. But every time they have been taken out for play, one has broken. They were for adult entertainment. We spent a lot of money for toys to have some socialization and fun together. Now the only car working is mine and it wasn't used today. These cars were purchased to get my 88 year old father out and active. I'm glad I bought him a different brand. We really loved them, but when you buy something you expect to get to use it more than a couple of uses. We now are out of 100 dollars and waiting for the last one to break. We also are down to racers.Update:The company contacted right away. Their customer service is amazing. They are shipping 2 new cars! Thank you! Now the races are going to be back on. I would purchase from them again.

Wow. Great car and even better customer service. Bought this for one of our children. Great battery life. Way faster than expected, and a ton of fun for the kids and parents. It comes with extra front steering knuckles and a few other spare parts. Great car.It ran perfect for a long time and our kids ran it hard for 6 months but it finally broke a rear axle, which isn’t included in the spare parts. That said, I sent one email to the seller about the warranty and they quickly sent me a new car. I rarely leave reviews, but in this case I was so impressed that I had to take the time to give them 5 stars. Thank you!! Great RC car, great value, and great service!!

Its a fun beginner rc car, its tons of fun rc to start getting into rc cars. But it definitely not an aluminum body like the product description claims. It's definitely worth the $47 i paid for it. Batteries seem to last about 30 ish minutes on the highest speed setting. If your wanting to get your feet wet in rc cars, it's great beginner. It can definitely take the beating.

Just recieved today and I enjoyed it's speed and setup. However within the first 5 minutes the steering isn't working. If I turn left it snags internally and won't return to straight. I tried to see if it was an easy fix but it's all internal. Reached out to Amazon and they initiated a return and eventual replacement. Hopefully round two goes smoother, really want this to work.(Update) Within a week customer support was in contact to remedy the issue! Kenny from their service team was phenomenal they fixed all issues and the current vehicle works great with no issues. Would definitely recommend this brand majorly because of their excellent customer service. This is played with by myself and 6 year old and we love it. Great speed and way fun!

Got it for my nephew for his 5th Birthday he loves it, it goes really fast and it spins and it isn’t made cheaply. I definitely recommend. I was even playing with it it’s a fun toy.

The car itself is good, but charging the battery is difficult. Each and every time the battery requires charging you have to remove and reinstall a tiny screw. One of two things are going to happen. This is an outside toy, removing the screw and dropping it in the dirt is a real thing. Or after you remove and reinstall the tiny screw enough times the plastic threads are going to strip or elongate. I would find a remote control toy that avoids this issue.

Update: increase from 3 to 4 stars. We were sent a replacement to determine if we had a dud or not. The replacement does work better on the grass. But! It still loses control on dirt or sand or gravel, anything not grass or pavement. It does still flip out when turning when in "fast" mode if you don't slow down considerably. It will also "wheelie" and still sometimes lose control even on grass or pavement. It needs more nose weight to keep control. It does survive a puddle splash, so it is capable of going through water. The battery life is splendid, though. So the kids can play with it for a good while if they don't get frustrated with the controls and flipping out before the battery dies. It's an okay unit, but it's not great.--------------We purchased this for our 5 year old who has gotten into RC cars. So we have found it does not like to steer very well. The steering is ether fully left or fully right there is no slight turning. The acceleration control is however adjustable by how hard you pull the trigger. The lights work great for night time play. The battery packs last a decent amount and it's nice they send you 2 and by the time 1 is dead you can pop the second end and almost never have down time. 1 draw back is on sped setting 2 it's impossible to drive on sand the truck just ends up spinning in circles as the steering is like I said goes full lock 1 way or another. Speed 1 is ok in pure sand. All around good beginners RC. Would not recommended for someone who has been playing with RC cars/trucks for a few years.
