Q: Are they treated with anything? It says they are safe, but I want to ensure they are not treated with chemicals such as pfas

I washed our set with warm water and dish soap before the first use. After every use, they are hand washed and dried before going back into the box they arrived in.

Q: What is the “natural resin?” I don’t know of any kind of resin that isn’t toxic.

No idea. Just a clear coat. We hand wash ours when done.

Q: Are they good for cooking?

You could use these for cooking but since they are only 81/2” long, I would recommend getting chopsticks between 13 and 16 inches long. Glamfields makes chopsticks specifically for cooking. They are much longer and keep your hands further from hot oil or food.
