The Health Care Data Guide: Learning from Data for Improvement 2nd Edition

This is an outstanding book for anyone interested in quality improvement. I use it regularly in my work as co-editor-in-chief of the journal, Pediatric Quality and SafetyRick McClead MD MHA

I purchased the Kindle edition primarily to fine tune how I set up and interpret statistical process control charts. Unfortunately, the figure that lists and depicts the five rules for healthcare improvement, Figure 4.4, is missing. In its place is a figure showing FPO, which I believe means For Print Only. The text does not otherwise state those five rules. I immediately returned my digital purchase.
