CRKT Scribe -- Great little knife.
Great little knife. Invaluable part of my daily pocket carry. This is the second one I have owned. I lost the first from carrying it in my jeans' 5th pocket. The second time around, I found the best way to carry this knife is in my jeans' back pocket. Thanks to the pocket's edge seam, the clip holds very securely. Carried this way it is completely unobtrusive, yet always at hand. My 5th pocket is now home to a Gerber Dime, the package opener blade of which is in constant use -- not only is it more efficient at this task than the Scribe, but also it avoids prematurely dulling the Scribe's edge. The Scribe is useful for all manner of little tasks - cutting, scraping, poking, and similar stuff. The D2 steel is adequate, especially if touched up every few days -- I use a Victorinox 4.3323-X1 Pocket Knife Sharpener which I keep in my backpack. The notion of using the Scribe's cap as a handle extension is a nice idea but one that is wholly impractical, and unnecessary -- held as shown in the attached photo you can exert considerable force, more than adequate for the types of tasks likely to be tackled with this blade.

Great little pocket buddy you forget about until you need it.
I keep it as a shirt pocket knife. I've never been a fan of folding knives and this fits a very niche use case for work. It's tiny and adorable and no one, no matter how ridiculous they may be, finds it to be somehow threatening. The cover snaps into place and never gets knocked free. Edge retention is somewhat a mixed bag. It holds a working edge well. It does not hold a razor edge well. For me, that's more than acceptable. It's not something I use for delicate cutting tasks.

Slick and compact
Pros: Sharp, clean, stylish, compact, versatile. It's a very unique knife.Cons: The style of the sheath is sketchy. With that being said, I don't think it's a practical every day carry knife. The portion of the sheath that covers the blade comes off very easily. I'd assume that this particular knife is meant to be worn on a necklace or hung off a rope. But if the sheath comes off, you have a very sharp and slim object dangling near your vitals.

Sharp but tiny.
Was looking for a slim edc for cutting tape and bags. Works nice, a little small and top shealth case is a little wiggly but overall a nice small knife that doesn't weigh down the pants. Sharp right out of the box. CRKT never sends paperwork on the knife just an ad for another which is annoying but the product works.

Properly Adorable
I've been a fan of CRKT for a hot minute now, so I figured I'd pick this up. First off it's a lot smaller than I was expecting, that's that's a-ok. It fits perfectly in my breast pocket and is the ideal nonthreatening light duty knife. So far it's earned it's keep trimming cigars and opening boxes here and there. The edge is decent, not super sharp though. That being said given it's size it took me all of 5 minutes to put a razor edge on it.

Skip this knife
Knife is so small and almost useless. It would be good for an office setting but the blade is to small to use on most items. The Handel is non existent and when you put the extension on the handle it falls off on your hands.

Small compact
Strong pocket clip, small compact knife. Unobtrusive and easy to carry.
