The media could not be loaded. The faucet is very nice and POWERFUL! It did come with a defective water line that was leaking. I reached out to customer service and within a few days I had received a new set of water lines. I would highly recommend this product, but be mindful of how far the water shoots. For reference, I have included a video showing the faucet with my 14.5x10.6 sink

This product is nice and easy to install. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because one item was missing they should have came with two hoses and it only came with one hose.

Update April 2025... Amazon and the manufacturer both have excellent customer service and took care of me right away, immediately replacing my faulty faucet. They also called to check that it arrived safely and met my expectations.I bought this faucet in September and it's already rusted through on the faucet cap and there's now a hole in the side where the cap threads on that sprays water everywhere! I don't know if the material is poorly constructed or what, but I'm so disappointed. I guess that's what I get for buying a cheap one online instead of spending $100 or more at a home improvement store.

This faucet fit perfectly in my RV bathroom, and water pressure is better than I expected I love.

These units are well made and easy to install. In addition, their follow up service is excellent- prompt, efficient and thorough. I had a minor issue with a diffuser, which the company handled quickly without a hassle. I recommend this Amazon Store because they stand behind their products.

This is a nice looking knockoff faucet. The issue is that the angle of the spout has water shooting beyond the edge of the sink unless the water flow is very light. I have a standard size vessel sink and placed the faucet in a typical location so this should not happen.Also, this faucet is not appropriate for cold temperatures. I purchased this for a cabin. The plastic parts broke when it got cold. I had since thrown away the installation instructions and couldn’t find them anywhere online to troubleshoot. I called to get replacement parts from the manufacturer but they never responded to email and didn’t answer the phone.Ultimately, I replaced this with a higher quality Delta faucet that doesn’t have the issue with the water flow and is more durable overall.
