The perfect pendant lights
I love these lights! I ordered them to hang over my kitchen island and they are stunning. They are the perfect size and worth the money. The quality is exceptional and it lights up the space perfectly. I can't say how the installation process went because I didn't install them.

Update:Seller contacted me and sending a new lamp. This time the it has the parts. Installed in hallway and love the look and the lighting color and brightness.Great customer service !Returning this as missing cords, cap and light bulb attachment. Only glass ball and a few screws inside the box.

Great value!
Everything about this item is great except for the slight variability in the globe weight. The globe shade is blown glass so when I purchased three pendants, one of the globes hung off-centered. I tried shifting the cord, and moving the globe, but when I moved the glass to one of my balanced pendants, it was crooked on that wire too. After balancing the glass, it was obvious that part of the glass was thicker and heavier on one side. I emailed the company requesting an exchange for the one glass globe, and they were very prompt at giving me a code that enabled me to purchased a replacement globe via Amazon Prime. I installed it yesterday and it looks great! Very happy about the cost, value, appearance, and customer service.

Fixture stopped working after a year.
No idea how this thing broke but it stopped working about 10 months into owning it. Thought I had a bad bulb but when I switched the bulb out it still didn’t work so clearly it’s the fixture.
