For the price, this is incredible. I'm pretty tolerant of pain, but this device has 24 different settings and you can change the power of each one from the lightest of tingle to so powerful you'll be wincing. I've had it zapping me for over an hour today and it's still claiming it's at full bars of charge. The pads are very sticky, and if you dab a damp finger on them it'll apparently make the pads last a lot longer. You can put in two sets of leads as well and it even comes with one with 4 attachments. I've only used a single double pad system so far, but it's great.As for if it will help you with whatever you're dealing with, who knows! But at this price if you're reading this, why not try? The main part is tiny, about the size of a credit card and under half an inch thick. No idea how this tiny thing can zap you like it does.My back pain definitely feels less severe when I use it and after as well. Not sure if that's because the constant zapping kind of gives you that numb feeling, or if it's actually helping. Regardless, it's less severe!

This device has been a total lifesaver for me! I’ve struggled with torticollis, and the pain and stiffness in my neck were unbearable at times. Since I started using the Belifu TENS EMS unit, I’ve felt such a huge difference. The TENS settings help relieve the tension and reduce the pain, and the EMS modes are great for gentle muscle stimulation and recovery. I also love that it has workout settings to help with toning and circulation. It’s super easy to use, comes with plenty of pads, and even includes a storage bag. Highly recommend it to anyone dealing with muscular pain or looking for extra support post-workout!

I am in LOVE with this device! I had a crick in my neck and used a similar one and I swear I could spin my head around by the end of the daySo I bought this one and the settings are much more customizable. I also like that it feels like the modes are much more distinct and the intensity levels vary a lot, which is also great.My only complaint is that I don't think I would have been able to figure it out if I didn't read the manual fully, and there aren't many guides to the placement of the pads, so I had to look that up for more specific needsWhich is fine because I want to be able to use it for many different aches and muscle groupsBut overall, this has been a game changer in how I relax and in my self care!!

Works good and has plenty of power to make your muscle do weird stuff if you put the contacts in certain spots. It’s fun along with doing whatever it does otherwise. I dropped it in a cup of water and it still works. Has a broad mix of shocks and does ease issues with repeated use.

Wow. I am BLOWN away. I got this for a different reason than most - to try to use during labor for (what I hoped to be) an unmedicated birth. (Also I like to workout so I figured even if it didn’t work as planned I could use it on sore muscles at another time). Mostly I want to say THANK YOU!!!! This little machine SAVED ME when my husband drove me to the hospital while I was transitioning in the back seat of our car with wildly strong, frequent contractions. I slapped the pads on my lower back and cranked it up to the max (and if it could have gone higher I honestly might have) but it was so effective to help get me through some of the most intense sensations I’ve ever experienced and manage my labor in an uncomfortable situation (the car) at a very intense time. I honestly don’t know how I could have managed that car ride without it - I think I would have panicked. Glad to say we made it to the hospital and I did end up having the unmedicated birth I wanted. Not only was my recovery much quicker than my first birth with an epidural, it was also incredibly empowering. Thank you SO MUCH TENS for helping me push through the hardest part!And it will still come in handy (probably at lower intensities) for other more routine pain management haha.But would highly, highly recommend to anyone who is going to have a baby whether or not you plan on medication because it was so effective at distracting and helping push through and manage the intensity of contractions. I’m sure it would be useful in early labor as well.

My chiropractor suggested a TENS unit for home use, and so glad I purchased. This unit might be small but packs a punch when needed. I did get relief with the use of this unit. I would highly recommend.
