Ethereal Confections - Heirloom Cocoa Nibs

Mine had a lot of shells in them, and I get tired of picking them out. I've moved on to another brand that seems a lot more "filtered" and this bag is just sitting there. Bit of a waste. Came well packaged though. Bummer...

These are yummy gems that satisfy my chocolate cravings without all the sugar.

I just received my first bag of cacao nibs. These things are delicious. I'm putting them in granola bars, cookies, on top of ice cream, anywhere I normally would use chocolate. Heck you can even eat them right out of the bag. You know they're good when it's the last thing you think about before you go to bed at night.

These nibs are amazing! I have tried quite a few brands and these are so different- strong cocoa flavors and aromas meaning you can use a little in a recipe and have a big impact. I love using these in homemade ice cream and brownies.

Cocoa nibs are perfect for the granola I make and even better in cookies :) I also love chocolate and love just plain eating the nibs without all the sugar of a chocolate bar. Yummy! Shipped super fast too!
