Heavy weight mat for treadmill. Arrived quickly and unrolls completely flat.

Asked AI what was the recommended mat for my new treadmill (Nordic Track T10), it recommended this mat. Price was reasonable.

Not as thick as I expected as to damper out sound in an apartment setting. Size is appropriate for a treadmill.

I love this mat! I purchased it to do my jump rope workouts on. For jumping rope, you need a firm surface but one that has a little "give" to it, in order to avoid injuries. The Supermat is perfect. It has just the right amount of padded softness. In addition, it lies down flat and does not buckle up at all. It stays in place and doesn't move. I also like the fact that it will extend the life of my jump rope because the rope isn't hitting a hard surface. It's easy to clean; but barely gets dirty because my shoes aren't touching the dirty ground. I gave it 4 stars for durability because I just got it and don't know how durable it is yet. Overall though, I give it 5 stars. I've seen other mats advertised specifically for jumping rope on, but they were a lot more expensive. This mat does the trick and is very reasonably priced.

Mat is perfect fit for the Schwinn bike I purchased for home. It is thick but does not make the bike move at all. This has saving my floors from being wrecked by my home spin bike. I made the mistake of pulling the Mat to move my large, heavy bike and it did rip it but honestly that my fault because the thickness takes a lot to rip.

Would highly recommend, bought this for under my Schwinn spin bike and it is perfect. Thick and durable, no rocking when on my bike. Highly recommend.

Great mat for my Waterrower. The 6foot mat is just long enough to get both the front and back feet on it, which greatly reduces slipping when doing high intensity rowing. Previously the rower would move a few centimetres over the course of an intense rowing session this mat reduces it to mere millimeters if at all. You will need to opt for a longer mat if you want it to cover the whole length under a Waterrower but this size will work if your just concerned with the feet, which are the only points of contact with the ground. When you lift the rowing machine off the mat there are visible indentations where the feet sink into the mat, but I assume this only helps reduce slipping, however may be problematic if you are planning on using it for multiple pieces of equipment.
