I've seen this product on Amazon and elsewhere for well over a year or two, but was reluctant to buy it. Must admit, I'm a bit jaded about products advertising as being the latest and greatest, thinking they might just be more "Made in China" crap. I'm 79 and don't have as much strength in my hands as I used to. All the clippers I've had before have had chrome/slippery surfaces that were hard to grip or had handles that were too short to have good leverage for actually cutting through nails. That all changed with this clipper. It's easy and comfortable to hold and use, the blade is sharp and trims with a "clean edge. I'm glad I finally took a chance on this being a great clipper, as that's exactly it is.

I was unable to use regular finger nail clippers, so I thought these $40 clippers would be perfect for me. They weren’t. I found the device to be unwieldy and difficult to use. I struggled for a couple of weeks trying to trim my nails wit these clippers. Despite taking my time and being careful these clippers would either not cleanly cut my nails, I wound up pull my nail clipping with my fingers. Or, it would dig into my skin and cut my finger tips. Not good for seniors at all. To top it off this clipper fell apart on me and I had to toss it after only several uses. $40 for a poorly functional and manufactured piece of merchandise has me quite angry. I advise you to stay away from this piece of garbage. I wish I could give less than one star.

Easy to grip, easy to quide, results are better with a lot less effort.

Bought these because of weakness in my hands and fingers. Because the awkward way you have to hold them it was no easier to use than basic nail trimmers. May still be useful for those with agility problems. The head of the trimmers rotate very easily even during use which can be both a blessing and an annoyance.

I was able to use this clipper even with my right hand in a cast. I love that you can angle the head and that it is so easy to use with weak and damaged hands. Great value for the money.

smart product and better than a more conventional nail clipper

Was excited to get this new nail clipper for toes. Tried this this morning and it doesn't cut anything. I rotated the blade, tried it straight on, nothing. These clippers do not clip/cut anything! Not hassling with a return to get a refund. These are already in the trash can. I DO NOT at all recommend these.
