Pretty average for the product I received
Didn't come with fleece pad or shoulder strap. Reordered a second one and it got delivered to a completely different address and I never got my order. Product without the fleece pad seemed pretty flimsy. I liked the concept of the expandable feature, but if my cat tried hard enough, he would rip through it.

NOT SECURE!!
It took my cat 5 minutes to break out of it. All he did was pull a little at the mesh and the zipper seperated. The bottom isn't hard so the cat has nothing stable to stand on when being carried. The only good thing about it is it's expandable. NOT worth the money
