Works
Took this on a road trip to power a mini fridge and some other various electronics. It works as it should. Ran it 24/7 for a month straight and never had an issue. Donโt know how long it will last long term, but for the price and How it performed while I had it. You canโt go wrong.

very easy to hook up.
It was easy to hook up. We got it to hook up to a little tv to run in our rv and it works great. It is a little noise but if you put a hand towel folded underneath it, it quits down a lot. Very pleased with it.

Much less power than rated for
This 1200 watt continuous / 2400 watt max is not an accurate rating. The 750 watt continuous / 1500 watt max inverter I got from walmart runs my sump pump for hours but this imoli shuts down instantly when that same pump is turned on. It must actually be way below 750 watts continuous. Both inverters are modified sine wave. Aside from the incorrect power rating, it's pretty cool.

One of the better ones, but not 1200W
If I hadn't found a better one, I probably would have kept this one. The unit shows 1200W, but doesn't state peak or continuous. In my testing, It would support two 350 watt heaters, but would go offline when a third was turned on. So it will support 700 watts continuous, but will not support 1050 watts continuous. If you are looking for a good 600 watt continuous, 1200W peak, this would probably work really well for you. Just remember, it takes a lot of amps (100) at 14 volts to generate 1400 watts and you can't get that from a power point inside the car. To be fair, I used an 895 cranking amp battery with a 50 amp charger to ensure voltage stability during the test and connected directly to the battery. Supplied cables are a little skimpy for the 90 amps required to provide 1200 watts so I used larger cables with no additional capacity found. Most units I saw that were labeled with peak Watts and claim to be continuous at 1/2 of peak. This one definitely exceeds that standard.

The outlets are too close together
The price was great! The wattage is amazing for an inverter this inexpensive but the outlets only allow you to plug in one item at a time. Why have two outlets if you can only use one? Perhaps it could have been designed a little bit wider to accommodate the plugs people who need an inverter like this would use.

Great for road travel or camping!
Works best on the battery since 12v sockets are not meant for 1200w, but love this inverter. (Keep an extra 20a fuse in the glove box just in case.)

LIFE SAVER!
What a Life saver this thing is. Needed a way to power my daughters bottle warmer during road trips (uses high amperage). this thing worked from the minute I plugged it in, and is still going strong.

It will convert 12dc to 110ac
LCD Display did not work in the unit they sent me, so as long as you don't need the display to work this unit will provide a small amount of power to charge small battery packs and maybe supply enough power to run a small computer monitor. The fan runs full speed all the time at about 80 decibels, I can deal with that due to having it in my truck. I will have to meter it to see what kind of power it draws when not in use and hopefully, it doesn't kill my battery. I will update this review after putting the unit to work and see how it performs.
