Very pleasantly surprised by the decent lathering for a product with clean ingredients. Very pleasant smell without being overpowering and my hair feels softer than expected for using a product without the harmful ingredients. I can't imagine going back to Pert Plus ever again!

This is the first time I used this shampoo and I am well pleased with it. The aroma is very nice and fresh. After I washed my hair, my hair squeaked, like squeaky clean kinda squeak! So impressive! All the shampoos I’ve used, that has NEVER happened. So I’m looking forward in using this product FOREVER!

Love the shampoo! Leaves my hair super clean, full of body and very soft and shiny. No flyaways. However, the fragrance smells like a deodorizer in a gas station bathroom.

Hi all!! I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so about this amazing shampoo. This is the second time I have bought this, and I don't think I want to try anything else again. The first time I bought this shampoo, I was searching for something for my thin, long hair that might help it feel fuller and healthier. My first impression was that it was very heavy on the essential oils, and thusly it took awhile for me to get used to the smell as it's pretty strongly herbal. I liked the consistency and lathering, and for me I use a pump and a half to lather up my thin, waist-length hair. I have not had any issues with lather, but I have very hard water so that may help where others have had issues. It took me a long time to get through the first bottle, washing my hair daily, and when that was gone I was ready to try something else. I picked up a different brand from Amazon, and while using the different shampoo, I realized that this shampoo with it's extreme amount of essential oils was keeping my on again off again dandruff at bay!! My dandruff was coming back when I switched, so after using most of the new shampoo I placed an order for my second bottle of this one. When I received the second bottle, it came packed very well, no leaking or anything, and when I pumped some product in the shower I was met by the old familiar heavy essential oil smell that I knew was going to keep my scalp and hair healthy. It was like seeing an old friend again. I can't speak for the biotin making my hair stronger or anything like that, but it cleans well, leaves it shiny and pretty, and is an all around great shampoo. I don't want to use anything else anymore, and I will be trying the matching conditioner once I'm done with my massive sized grocery store brand. I want to speak about those claiming chemical burns. I have NOT had this experience, but as I mentioned before, this shampoo contains heavy amounts of essential oils. If you are sensitive, I'd probably skip this one, but it works for me with no adverse effects. Even though essential oils are natural, that doesn't mean natural botanicals are without side effects. I wish I could give this shampoo more than five stars, it will always be my favorite.

So I have been buying this shampoo for years and loved it but this last purchase I noticed a difference in my hair the next day compared to previous purchases. Even the cap color changed so something in the formula must have changed also... sorry. Going to see if I can return it.

We’ve had this long enough that I feel comfortable leaving a review: I am P I C K Y when it comes to food & topical products. This was a recommendation based off the clean ingredient list so I thought I’d give it a go. My hair feels so clean, so soft. My wavy hair texture has started to come back!! One of the best shampoos I have ever used. Doesn’t leave my hair feeling heavy like olaplex, it really does feel like it is thickening my hair. When you first rinse it out, it does make your hair have some friction to the touch when still wet, but after drying I feel a natural amount of good oil come back, my roots do not feel overly dry. Where I used to be back to greasy next morning, I can now easily go 3+ days between washes if I use a bit of dry shampoo powder on the last day, even in this summer heat! The scent is not strong (which I love) but what little there is smells lovely! I have all the same high praise for the volumizing rosemary conditioner, which I chose to buy alongside this, too! Also, my husband uses this product, he has a thinner hair texture than I do and trends to the greasier side since he’s a tradesman and is getting gross at work every day lol. He loves it too! Came very well and safely wrapped. Cant say the same about the conditioner bottle, the pump compressed a bit leaving some leakage but not much and bottle is still perfectly fine! Other than that, highly recommend!!

I’ve purchased this shampoo (and the conditioner) in the past and loved them, so I recently decided to switch back to them after about two years of using other products. Unfortunately, something seems to have changed because after just a week of using both products, my husband and I are experiencing significant irritation. Both of our ears are peeling, and my scalp is extremely itchy and peeling as well. While washing and conditioning my hair, my eyes also start to burn and itch, and they become extremely red afterward. I really wanted to love these products again like I did in the past, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience this time. I’m extremely disappointed, especially because I had such a positive experience with them before.

I ordered this going by review as I have oily scalp and I have severe hair fall with itching scalp ,it goes by it promise of giving volume but makes hair very dry and easily breakable and it has reduced hair fall in a minimal Amy not as I expected ,so I was just satisfied with shampoo not happy and the amount is too much for only these qualities

very happy with this product. is full of natural ingredients and leaves my hair feeling very healthy. didn't notice thickness or volume right away but after couple weeks started to notice a difference . I'm 32 year old male and I have really thin hair and this stuff works really good. no chemicals and all that crap they have in all those over the counter shampoos and conditioners. awesome product.

I used it for 2 months did not see anything apart from making my hair super thick and voluminous, do not use this shampoo without a conditioner afterwards or you’ll rip your hair out whilst brushing it wet or dry!!!
