Collapsible mugs
These collapsible mugs have been very useful for taking on holidays. We can carry tea and coffee from machine to chair without the risk of spilling and they fold away to take up very little room in a suitcase. They seem quite robust and should last well.

Mostly decent
It keeps drinks hot and feels like quality material. I knocked off a star because sometimes it leaks through the threading in the lid. The collapse feature works well, and has a decent design. I find I use it every day for either coffee or tea, and the size is perfect for stowing it away in a coat pocket when I'm finished.

Brilliant Cups
Since i bought this cup i have now bought a few in different sizes. This is the 16oz i have bought the 12 & the 8 with the 8oz just for my double espresso. The quality is superb. It folds down to virtually nothing which is great for me on my travels. Staying in hotels a lot for work it’s great to have an array of cups instead of the small cups that are normally available. Great for Tea, Coffee or cup of soups

Love this, but...
Was a bit dubious after some of the reviews, but went ahead and bought. Seems really good construction. Takes a couple of goes to efficiently open/ collapse, but it is pretty easy. The hard plastic heatproof ring that goes around the middle can be turned around and stowed in the bottom of the folded cup, so does not take up extra space. Easy to clean and does not add any taste to the coffee. I use this frequently - a good buy. EDIT: After 5 1/2 years it has given up the ghost. It sprung a leak this morning and I got sprayed with hot coffee. I did order a spare recently, so hopefully I'll get another 5 years out of that. But not sure I will buy again - shame as it was just what I needed :(

It’s great, aside from the regular small leaks
It’s a nice cup but it leaks fairly often. Something to do with the seal where all the individual pieces fit together. The cap doesn’t leak though so if you align the neck to the body closely and screw the lid on nice and tight (while still being able to unscrew it again, which is a difficult balance to strike) you’ll be ok most of the time, but it’s easy to get unlucky! I had a smaller version before (same problem with both, I just forgot why I stopped using the first one!) but on the whole it’s the best cup I’ve found as cleaning is super easy (either by hand or washing machine), keeps the drinks pretty warm and doesn’t leak large amounts. Neither of them have had any issues aside from the leaking, collapsing it down doesn’t cause any damage and dishwashing doesn’t cause any brittleness it seems

So convenient
Always have this kept in my bag so I can get my coffee discount! Works really well, doesnt collapse, and I've had no issues with leaking

Don't choose if you expect to fold down and put in a bag after finishing your drink. It will leak.
Drinks get cold very quick and the cup leaks once folded down. Even thought the cup is fully sealed liquid still seeps through around the top of the cup lid. I tried one of these a few years ago and hoped the design may have improved. I'm sad to say it hasn't, and I'm still yet to find a successfully sealing collapsible cup that won't leak all over the inside of your case. I think the issue is that the cup can be further compressed when folded, and this action forces air and liquid from the cup still.

Smell and taste
Great portability, compact, sturdy. The issue is the smell! Tested it with water straight out the pack and 10 minutes later the water took in the most disgusting, chemically flavour. Used soap and boiling water to clean but water would then take on a soapy taste combined with the chemical. Used baking soda as a paste and scrubbed it on and left over night for THREE DAYS in a row and decided I'll risk it even though it still wasn't smelling great. Regret, got a coffee in it while I was out and had to pour it out as the taste of the cup rapidly leached into my drink. Used baking soda once again. What FINALLY made the cup usable was putting it in the oven. Did 130C for 30 mins which did absolutely nothing. Later tried 150C (I wouldn't suggest going higher) for a whole 1 1/2 hours. It really did take that long and even then still had a faint odour. Added baking soda paste again overnight and finally, the smell and taste were gone! Of course, like silicone does, it quickly taking in the flavour of the thing inside. I mainly use this for decanting my tea into from my flask which is too hot to drink from. Tea doesn't leave much of a smell behind but once I have coffee in there I need to give it a deep clean before having tea again. It's a bit high maintenance for a simple travel mug bur I imagine any collapsible ones will have a similar issue. Also wish there was a greater colour variety like on the official website. The grey one is kind of ugly :(

I love this cup - granted, I never watched a video that others have written about, so im not sure how they broke down the cup, but based on the instructions included within the packaging it works perfectly! The cup is leak-proof when it is broken down and in your bag, but not so much if your trying to get the lid on with 16oz of something (in the 16oz cup). It does hold on to the coffee smell, as does other travel bottles/cups (Corkcicle), but nothing a vinegar wash cant fix. Obviously, you can grab onto the body itself with a lot of pressure when there is liquid in it - you need to grasp the coozie (offers the body stability), or the lip (which offers the top stability and connects the lip). Ive been using it daily since June and love it! I find it overwhelming to use my 40oz water-bottle daily, so drinking my daily amount of water in 16oz increments is more manageable for me, especially when I can breakdown the cup and shove it in my bag. Also, the people who say this can fit in a woman's pocket are spreading false news.

Nice idea, well executed. I like that it comes with a straw and can be used for hot and cold drinks.

I love this travel cup because it is collapsible. A lot of my friends have asked me where it is from and have bought it as well. I think it is also good if you want to store a travel cup in your desk in your office or in a car, because normally stores will have a discount if you have your own cup and it is of course eco-friendly. I don't think it is completely spill-free, so you do need to care about leakage from the cup. Also, I don't really like the straw that it comes with so I have replaced it with a better one in my opinion, that I bought elsewhere.
