Prior to using this one, I was using Amika supersized but felt like it wasn't giving my hair the hydration it needed and it was pretty expensive...I love that these are big bottles and you're getting your moneys worth out of them!After the first wash, I will say that my hair feels soft, hydrated and luxurious!My hair tends to be dry and frizzy but this might be my new go to shampoo & conditioner!

And only half the price! I can't belive I FINALLY found a shampoo/conditioner that works with my hair. My hair has always been a problem for me; it is very thick and naturally wavy, prone to tangles and split ends. I have been switching between brands for years and nothing really worked, some brands got down the frizz but left my hair feeling stiff or I would get a burst of volume in exchange for a birds nest later on.This stuff works amazingly! My hair is smooth, it feels good, it's soft, and smells great! If you're thinking about it, just buy it.

My granddaughter is a professional singer and her hair is so shiny. I asked her what she uses and she told me Chi so I orderted the shampoo and the conditioner and I also love how my hair feels. I have long hair and so does she. The conditioner is good in that it allows me to get the tangles out pretty easy. I would definitely purchase them again. I always buy good quality shampoos.

This works good but am highly disappointed that it does not have the classic Chi smell.

Chi one of the best leave in conditioners I have ever used! Leaves hair tangle free, soft, no frizz, no split ends doesn't leave hair feeling dry. It smells clean and it lasts. For the cost it is definitely worth it!!

First time use a few hours ago so I cant give my opinion on some things but I found that my hair is soft, silky, and straight when I blow dry it. Yes it does take longer to blow dry however I have tried many expensive good made shampoos and conditioners and thats pretty typical for well made products to take a little bit longer to dry. I was using other shampoos that cost more that are had to afford on a regular basis so I ended up buying this because I have their straightener that has lasted me YEARS! I figured it would probably b a good product and it's a good deal. $20 for one of those containers is a good price. Very good price. Totally recommend.

I use this for detangling my hair so that when I comb it after washing, it doesn’t tangle and combs smoothly. It’s OK, but it’s rather expensive. I feel like maybe there’s a less expensive product on the market that would work just as well.

The CHI Moisturize It Duo Keratin Shampoo & Conditioner Set worked wonders on my toy poodle’s fur. It became incredibly soft and the scent is absolutely delightful. This hydrating formula is a game-changer for keeping my pup’s coat healthy and smelling great! Highly recommend!
