After a few false starts it became quite easy to use. Worth the money for the ease of note taking.

This pen saved a lot of my time at work, where I have to copy a lot of data from paper to excel. Highly recommend !

I purchased this item in the hope that it would save me time as I read a lot for my project, however, it turned out to be the opposite. The item doesn't function effectively, it requires much effort and is time consuming. Typing is a lot quicker than using this useless so called text scanner. On a down side, I purchased this item when I was heading for my annual leave, depriving of the opportunity to return it.

Product is excellent. Scanning is quick easy. Installation is very simple. Customer support is great. Had my cable go missing, the CSR sent me a replacement for free in the post. Wonderful!

It’s not very accurate is the bottom line, but if you can get over the frustration of it getting things wrong your still saving time compared to typing. It struggles if the page isnt perfectly flat (really good for hard back books, a pain for pages at the start and end of a soft back book) and its scanning end is far wider than text in most books which is a bit of a design flaw as it makes lining it up harder to than it needs to be. It’s also really sensitive to tilting so if you’re used to having your pen on an angle when you write (like me) that can be a real pain. The wire also weights it on one side making it more likely to tip, and i’d get the wireless on if I bought it again. When it scans handwriting it’s as an image not text so if you want it for this just get a printer that scans (so much cheaper and does more stuff) In a few years time this tech will be amazing. At the moment it can be really annoying to use. Even when it doesn't work right though, overall it’s still quicker than typing.

It is just great, no regrets.

Difficult to use unless you have a very steady hand. Constantly gives message saying that you are too slow or not in a straight line. i wanted to use it to scan maths text but mathematical symbols are reproduced too large and distorted. i don't use it at all.

Produit nickel mais vous aurez besoin d'un peu d'entraînement. Une fois maitrisé, c'est carrément top. Des limites toutefois à ne pas dépasser. Documents abîmés ou mal imprimés. Très efficace pour une utilisation standard.

Buena calidad de materiales, excelente herramienta, recomiendo descargar en la página oficial el software para aplicación en otros programas como excel y Word.

The product is very good, very useful to me. I recommend it to all those persons who have to type a lot per day. Now coming do to its Customer service part. International Customer sevice very very good. They respond back to your email and give resolution too. But out here in India first of all the seller don't share any ph no or email through which you can communicate if you have an issue. Amazon customer service is horrible, they don't know what should be a logical solution in a given stitutaion. My product came without the USB code, nobody in India was able to help me, the help come from the Original manufacturer. Regards Pranab

Perfect scanner to digitalize printed text. Works fast and is very accurate, almost never misses a word. It saved my daughter a lot of time on school summaries and transcriptions. Easy to download and install the manufacturer software.
