To be honest here, I bought these lights because of the price. When I received them (very quickly) I was somewhat unimpressed after taking them out of the box. They're very thin and light and I was doubtful that the golden color on the inside was going to look good. I was doing some remodeling and didn't get around to returning them and decided last minute to have the electrician hang them. And boy am I glad I did. I love them. The simple design is not overwhelming and the lighting is beautiful against the golden color on the inside of the shade. Well worth the money. I would highly recommend them. Also, I've used small halogen recessed lightbulbs and they look beautiful. Soft warm light.

Such a great value for a quick lighting change. My husband had them switched out in about 30 minutes. He’s pretty handy though. Still can’t believe how little I paid for the pair! 👍

I put these lights in the hallway. They are very light weight and might feel “cheap” when you touch them but once they are up on the ceiling they look SO high end. The cord length is adjustable. The interior color of the lights is a bit orange so I did put RubN’Buff on the underside. But for the price you can beat these statement prices!

Overall, for the price these are decent, but the aluminum or whatever metal they’re made from is paperthin and the inside is more bronzy than it is gold. Additionally, the little screws that hold the light fixture to the cord are made of the chintziest plastic and they strip very easily, which is extremely frustrating. Overall, these are a nice look for the price.

Well built and designed. Easy to install and absolutely love the inside finish. They are perfect for my new home office.

I really like these lights. Please beware it does not cover an average hole so I just bought the ceiling appliqué. They are light weight but look expensive when up. Great price also!

Lightweight, yes because it's made from cheap materials. Plastic lock nuts and hardware that is not to normal lighting spec measurements. Plastic coated elec cord that needs heat gun to straighten. Complete Garbage lights!

For the cost def worth it ,didn’t like the orange metallic colour so we spay painted the inside grey just scuffed it with a green scotch dish sponge and did one coat. We were able to easily cut the wire and shorten the length love the final look

For the price, you can't go wrong. The only "complaint" is that the inside of the fixture is more of an orange-gold colour, rather than a true gold.
