Advanced Monel Pistons Bb Baritone Horn w/Case and Mouthpiece-Nickel Plated Finish

Purchased this because there were none available in my area for rent and even if there were, the rental fees were outrageous. This item will pay for itself in just a couple of months compared with the high cost of renting. I just received it 2 days ago, exactly when it was supposed to arrive so shipping was quick and accurate. Instrument itself seems to be built of decent quality, not cheaply made. A little bit smaller and lighter than the previous baritones we had, but I'm not sure what kind they were. Bought for my son and he hasn't really tried it out yet other than to make sure it sounded ok. Case is nice and it comes with white gloves, no valve oil. He will take it in to school soon and have his teacher look at it and make sure it is in tune and will be appropriate for his age level (7th grade). Happy with purchase so far. Will update if this changes.

So far so good. The professional music stores stated that its a good beginner instrument, however if it would break, it would be too expensive to fix. The reason why i purchased this was due to the rental fees of $48 per month for 10 months. This would be already been more then I would have paid for this Baritone. I am hoping it will last. So far, I feel its a good product. I do wish however, the company would be more open to their location and history etc. It seems very secretive that makes me a bit Leary.

It's quite a bit nicer than I expected, but there is a minor airleak somewhere that takes some of the tone. Otherwise, it sounds pretty nice.-Eupher for 4 years

This instrument only lasted 18 months. And I realized I was buying this low of quality I would have spent the extra money for a name brand. It is not repairable in any way. I had a hard time even finding a music store who would look at it. Don't waste your money

Wasn't a full size baritone, I think it's made for small children. My son is 13 and this was soooo much smaller than the one he plays in school.

No plating on pistons, instrument is awful sounding and music shop said to return the instrument.
