ORTONYX Shoulder Stability Brace Compression Sleeve for Rotator Cuff Support, Injury Prevention, Dislocated AC Joint, Labrum Tear, Frozen Shoulder Pain, Sprain, Soreness, Bursitis/XL

I have a grade 3 AC joint separation. I ordered 3 different braces to try. This works and returned the others. Nothing is going to completely compress my clavicle down, but this does a good job. Better than some of the others.I did have to trim a little bit of the hook and loop as it can contact the skin and cause irritation. I also cut one sleeve off to help alleviate some of this irritation.I’m a fit male. I followed the measurements and it spot on. The sleeve is tight. But that’s the point.

The brace is very nicely designed and of excellent quality. I did measure my arm and believed the small would work. But at 5'4" and 102lbs, I found it a tad loose in the arm cuff area and overall shoulder compression. I cinched the velcro straps in back and front and it did support my shoulder through the activities I needed it too. I had to pull the arm cuff down on my arm frequently to keep the support where needed. If the arm cuff were snugger and the shoulder area as well it would be perfect for me - but I did not see and XS available.

I took off a star because the tag near the neck and a tag on the sleeve were both very irritating. I had to get out my small scissors and cut the threading that held the tags. For the tag near the the neck, once the threads were removed, there was some separation on the border that I had to sew back together. Its all good now though! I am a 5’5, 132lb female, 11 inch arm and I ordered a Medium and it fit well.

Literally have shopped and tried on multiple shoulder braces and this by far is the best I’ve used, it’s also the only brace that fits me seeing as I have 16.3 in arms. This stretches and fits to your arm size without a Velcro and it feels way better.My only complaint is it makes me fairly hot when I wear this due to the material but I can live with it for now

Fit well, i liked the support. Just didn't help with my pain, another trip to doctor to find out what other issues i have, but overall i did like this brace. wasn't itchy and didn't rub.

Irritates the skin of underarm and is difficult to wear with an undershirt.It does limit movement adequately though to prevent worsening injury

When I use it the strap bunches up in front of the chest. The velcro will sratch the crap out of you if you dont aline perfect on the strap. If you're doing multiple exercises the part near the neck will move up and kinda choke you. Constantly having to adjust during use.
