A great all round fitness plan for anyone not just athletes.
This is a good physical fitness book with lots of tips and ideas, for anyone of any stage of fitness. It's not all about being in the gym and lifting weights, it's swimming, running and hill walks with full back packs. It's also got lots of low tech tips for everyday fitness and wellbeing. It's a good book.

Who Dares Wins!
This was a gift given to a young lady with aspirations to a military career and special operations! The book is very concise, well written and easy to understand!

No nonsense, informative book
This book include a lot of detail of different types of training, how to do exciseses and nitration too as well as much more. I especially like the fact that the book doesnโt sugarcoat the fact that specifically forces training is partially tough even if you are an advanced athlete this book will push you to your limits!
