I used the bulbs on my license plate lights and interior lights. They are very bright and they work well on my 2013 ford cmax.

Works and looks great on my Mercedes R230 SL 55. No flashing. Overrides the CAN-bus.

These are not very bright, in comparison to the incandescent bulb it replaced. There is only 1 LED chip per side, thus, not much casting the light in any one direction. However, the color is clean white. The tool provided snapped on the first lens I tried to remove, thus, that is useless too. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't get a nice box, but rather a small yellow envelope container. Not a big deal! I gave 3 stars as they did work and provided some light and you get more quantity than other sellers, but 2 stars off, because of their brightness (or lack of) and the cheap design of a single LED chip per side. They are just average and there are better, brighter options available, with more LED chips per side. Update 12/26/25: Well, I got to see them at night and I was wrong. They are indeed pretty bright and makes the trailer really stand out. Added a star back on.

These are an inexpensive substitution for conventional 194/168 glass-envelope bulbs, as used *all over* my long-in-the-tooth car and truck. Where used as markers, they're excellent, and as solid-state devices I suspect they'll last the life of the vehicles. As 'map' or 'reading' lights I'll have to give them an 8/10, as they aren't quite bright enough for my taste. The vehicles aren't the only things 'long in the tooth.' ;-/ Actual LED insertion was effortless--a direct replacement. (It's the fixtures and lens assemblies that are the problem.) Color temp seems in the 6500K range, which is also fine for everything but specialized applications. Especially if you need several of this size, I'd recommend this product.

I purchased these led light bulbs two and half years ago and they still shinning, really a good purchase they are bright for the interior my vehicle looks good and I can see clearer when looking for something in the car.

Very good quality and the perfect brightness for interior lighting and licence plate. Easy to install. Fast delivery and very well packaged. Plastic removal tool was of no use as it was too flimsy. But I was wasn't even expecting that to be in the package so no big deal. Hopefully I get a decent life from them but a pack of 20 at this price is well worth it. Would buy again. Highly recommend

Not super bright as claimed. It is less brightness than of halogen bulb.

I replaced a xenon bulb in a 12 VDC lantern (7 inch reflector) with one of these (took a bit of modification to the bulb holder, but nothing too difficult). The result has impressed me. I initially bought this lantern because the manufacturers claimed it was capable of 10,000,000 candlepower (~3200 lumens), which makes for a very bright spot light. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem all that bright to me, so I undertook to make it so. I modified the bulb holder to accept one of these LED bulbs in lieu of the non-replaceable Xenon bulb, turned the lantern on and was instantly blinded. This bulb makes for an excellent spot light, in appropriate enclosures (i.e. with a suitable reflector), and I'm sure will more than meet expectations for any other application. I strongly suggest though that you do not look at the bulb when testing.

These lights are great, I am VERY happy with the brightness and ease of installation. I installed in my 2014 Cherokee in all the overhead lights, the trunk area, glove comp. and the license plate Only issue is that I get a warning on startup that the license plate lights are 'out' when they are actually working fine. Probably an issue of the low-voltage on these builbs. The warning goes away in a few moments, and they DO work fine. Just be aware this will likely occur in similar vehicles. Overall though, great product!

The bulbs are very well made and come packaged like a diamond bracelet. I was tempted to say to my wife, "I bought you a really nice gift" and when she opened the box say "Look, beautiful new bulbs for the motorhome", but I thought it was too risky. Packaging has got to be the best ever for LED bulbs. I checked all 20 bulbs within my return window and was very pleased to find that they all work. I put two of them in the side marker lights on my motorhome this evening and was very pleased with how bright they are. They are not the cheapest but they are certainly value for money. You won't be disappointed.
