Polk Audio RM6751 Satellite Speaker (Single, White)

I really like the way the look up on the wall, or I should say I like they way they blend into the wall and you don't even notice them till you turn up the volume. I opted for the white pair because they would blend into the white wall better than black ones. The rest of my stereo is black, but I was right to get the white ones. They were about 13$ more each IIRC, but it was worth every penny. My friend has Bose Cubes and when he came over he said he was jealous of the sound created. I looked at the Cubes, on Ebay but I did not want to pay a minimum of 130$ and come away with used speakers. I only paid 115$ for them which was nearly 35$ more than the black ones. But I would do it again in a heartbeat, they sound great as rear surrounds. And you don't really notice them unless you are really looking. I have a pretty beefy Sub woofer, and some nice Polk floor monitors, a sweet center channel all powered by a serious Denon receiver. I would definitely say you cant go wrong with the sound and appearance of these speakers.A word about the service here at Amazon. I have to say how impressed I am. I went and did the Amazon prime deal, try it free for 30 days...you know. So I did the two day shipping option and it was really cheap. I finished checking out at about 8 pm. EST and my speakers arrived at 3pm the next day! I looked and it appeared they came from AZ all the way to Indiana in about 20 hours! Wow. Super fast. I was really happy. I have bought quite a few things over the years here and there but have always been happy with the service at Amazon.

My system:Denon 1910 AV ReceiverPS3 Blu-Ray playerPolk CS10 CenterPolk RM8 FrontPioneer SWI bought a pair of these to replace some old Sony surround sound speakers and noticed an immediate difference, with deeper, richer, more layered sound. It's an amazing amount of sound to come out of such a small package. In fact, you could fit this pair and my front RM8 pair inside ONE of my old front speakers, but I have all the sound I need for a medium-sized room (18x12).But my absolute favorite part was being able to buy one white and one black. It sounds like an odd choice, but because of the layout of my living room, one speaker has to sit on a white mantle, while the other sits on a dark bookshelf. Any purchase that improves my home theater sound AND passes my wife's keen sense of aesthetics gets a gold star from me.FWIW, I used the Sorny speakers as "Front-Height" speakers in a 7.1 set-up.

I purchased these speakers to act as side and back for my 7.1 home theater setup. Mounted them on the roof using universal mounts that allows me to tilt and aim them properly in the room to obtain the desired effect. The particular mounts I purchased are made of plastic and I was concerned with the weight (I ordered the mounts and the speakers at the same time). Luckily, the speakers are light enough so that weight is no problem. I'm sure any mounts out there would work like a charm with them.The response of these speakers is excellent. Although relatively small and lightweight, they pump out solid and natural sound. Being so small, they lack powerful bass (that's what the subwoofer is for, after all). However midranges and highs sound alive and warm. I'm very happy to have selected these speakers for this job and would definitely recommend them without reservations. I think these are the best speakers at this price point that I've listened to.I think you could use these speakers for the front of a home theater if the room is small enough. You can easily put them in a shelf or in wall mounts, where their color is likely to help matching the walls.

These are good speakers, as most of the other reviews agree. We paid just over $41 for each, which for some solid side and rear speakers is decent enough value.Be aware though, that when they are described as white, really they're off-white - almost beige. In fact, kind of the color that cheap computer speakers used to look like in the days when PCs were all beige boxes. The appearance lets the side down, because sound quality is strong.

I already had a Polk surround system I bought many years ago. After searching Amazon for something similar to my satellite speakers, I found this this little gem which is an exact match for the speakers I already own. Except mine are black and this is white. I have had a 7.1 surround amp for years and with the new UHD 4k systems, lots of the movies now provide 7.1 soundtracks. So I decided to upgrade my system. These are white which is just what I wanted for placement at the ceiling.I do not feel much of a need to comment on the sound, after all they are Polk and the name speaks for itself. But they do sound great. I always thought my 5.1 system sounded good and saw no need to upgrade until recently. Now it sounds GREAT! So far I have only watched the movie "Passengers" on it since upgrading, but with 7.1 the sound seems to immerse and surround you. I am so happy Polk still manufactures these nice little satellite speakers. Thank you Polk!

These are relatively inexpensive speakers that give adequate sound quality. They are being used primarily as side speakers for a large TV with surround sound. We do not require higher range, more expensive speakers, as they are not being used for music. A goodBuy. Make sure you purchase the correct mounting brackets.

I purchased these to complete my Polk 5.1 system. these speakers fill the rear stage (satalites) very nicely. I didnt even bother to hook these up in stereo to have a listen, i simply mounted my speakers on the wall and began the tuneing, I used the movie "Avitar" to set up my surround and was blown away ! these RM6751 work flawless and seemless with the rest of the system, crystal clear surround sound effects, Im very pleased. Im Glad i didnt choose another brand, for what these speakers have to do (in my case surround sound effects) they do it very, very well, and for under $85.00 on Amazon for two of them its a great deal. I cant comment on other applications as i havent and wont be using these for anything other than rear satalite speakers.
