Great desk lamp very bright and easy to use/set up

Does not turn green whether the light is on or not
Very disappointing that I purchased this as a gift for my nephew. He had to awkwardly explain to me that it does not look anything like army camouflage whether it is turned on or not. I was not able to get it back from him quickly enough to return it. So that's ÂŁ10 gone on a complete piece of tat. This should not be able to be sold.
