They work!
They really worked as advertised. I appreciate the quality of workmanship, the pain is almost completely gone AND because my feet no longer wobble side to side all the numbness from my sciatic issues has dissipated too. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.

Not recommended
These did not work at all for me. Based on amount paid I thought the construction was going to be much better than an insert glued to a plastic insert. I gave them a shot trimmed to my size as directed and wore for week. Gave up. Would not recommend.

Just piece of plastic with little foam on top.
Got these because my foot doctor said to get a firm Aarch insole. Well these were hard, it's just a piece o plastic and a little piece of foam on top, and they Velcro together. Junk. I gotta a refund. Sorry tread labs, wasn't for me.

Pain free!!
Had plantar fasciitis and tried several different things. After reading about these insoles thought what the heck I’ll try them out. After around 2 weeks pain is gone! I highly recommend these.

Love them!
I’m on my feet 10-12 hours a day, best inserts I’ve evered purchased. Going to buy a few more for my other shoes.
