SIP update
Works wonderful cant hardly tell that the phone has ever been used. Will need to update the firmware with Cisco if you intend on using the phone with SIP. There is no usable web interface with the phone so its all programed via script. phone was purchased to use on hamshack hotline and is a learning curve. will do business again once this phone is online!

Defective and incomplete order
There was no manual in the box, no instructions. NOTHING, but a phone that does not work.

They are clean in appearance and take the latest firmware
The phones are a great deal at this price. I would give 5 stars, but the face plate stickers do not stay on and support does not have replacement stickers. I'll need to source a thin glue that holds well.
