The importance of happiness is sharing it
It's the best thing I have ever gotten for my coworkers lolOkSo, a few months ago someone at work said that the two older fellas reminded him of "those muppet guys from the show". Instantly I knew who he was referring to. Waldorf and Stadler!And he was spot on with his description. The two fellas we work with are constantly commenting and talking between themselves about the goings on at work and well basically everything else in the world. Full of attitude and humor.So. I made it my mission to find some item related to Waldorf and Stadler for them as a gag gift. I scoured the internet for mugs, socks, shirts, mousepads etc. Anything related to what they reminded us of.Everything was ok, cute, simple But I wanted to share this revelation of who these two guys humorously reminded us of with EVERYONE we work with. Lol. Mugs and socks are easily set aside and tucked away or just not wanted.I found this poster and knew in my heart it was the exact thing I needed. So I ordered it and a beautiful frame for it to be placed right in the office between their desks for all of us, them included, to enjoy.Now, one of the fellas is a little more fun loving then the other and got an immediate giggle out of their gift. And the more stodgy of the fellas came to me in my office a week ago and actually gave me a heart felt thank you for thinking of him as a friend and giving him something to smile at everyday. We work in a highly demanding, high stress environment. So for him to smile and enjoy something so simple was well worth itI made the guys promise to sign the picture when they retire in the future because then I will give the picture pride of placement in my office to remember those two wonderful and attitude filled fellas I enjoyed working with so much.Thank you and good night.
