Boyer Two-tone Counter Stools, Amber and Black (Set of 2)

These are very nice all wood counter height Bar Stools. They look very attractive with the wood accent on the back. I found the instructions mostly clear and simple, with very heavy duty bolts, nuts and lock washers.All holes lined up and once I had one together,it took only minutes to put the other one together.They come packaged very well and we were surprized to find no blemishes, or scratches on them.These are all wood, heavy duty and will last. The seating is cushioned and the vinyl covering has a imitation leather grain in it. My wife loves them.If these fit your decor, I would recommend them to anyone, including family and friends.

This chair is of a high quality, and is very modern and comfortable. Sturdy, strong, easy to assemble and absolutely compliments the table !!

I bought the table and chairs at regular height for the kitchen nook and 4 of these matching counter height chairs for our kitchen island and am really happy with all of it. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the directions were less than stellar (what Ikea would break out 15 separate steps is condensed into one step with one less than clear photo and 30 arrows showing where screws go). Also they are a bit wobbly, but I think felt pads on some feet should solve the problem. But they feel nice and solid and look great.

I bought the 5 peice dining set so I wanted matching counter stools, they're beautiful! A little wobbly but I think that's because I didn't assemble them on a smooth surface. Well worth the price

Beyond disappointed by these chairs. The listing calls these "Cherry" and the box says "Amber" I bought these to match a table that is black and cherry and because these aren't "Cherry" they don't really match. The return shipping would have been such a hassle that it wasn't even worth it. Also I had to go to the hardware store to buy two long screws and two washers because two of the six bags were packed incorrectly. Very annoyed and disappointed. The chairs are also uncomfortable to sit on and are cheaply made. I ended up buying wood stain to darken the panel so hopefully I can do something to fix this mess. Total waste of time and money.

I have found that the seats come off the frame very easily as a result of the design. 4 screws hold the seat to the framae and the screws secure in the bottom of the seat which is presswood, never a very good design. If you pick up the chair by the sides of the seat it will often come loose. I have repaired using longer screws which helps but still a very poor design.
