These are good. The banana is a little stronget than I prefer, but they were good. If you just need to add a little flavor instead of drinking plain water these are a great option.

Best one I have tried and I have tried other strawberry-banana hydration sticks, but this is the best tasting one for me and now I am addicted to it!!!!!! I had a huge problem drinking plain water and always dehydrated. Well, fixed that now with these. Great flavor, so I gotta keep it in stock. I only buy it when it goes on sale.

My wife had to be on diuretics, major diuretics. If you don't know, they will drain your electrolytes in a major way. She also had to watch her sodium intake. This is the best, and may I say the only product I found that replenishes the electrolytes, but without the 30% to 40% daily amount of sodium. It actually only has 2%.
