Can't say enough good things about this book! I knew I was codependent, but didn't realize how much so. Mrs. Beattie opened my eyes to my own behavior and what I tolerate in others. I've begun a new journey to health and I'm so thankful for those who have walked the path before me and so vulnerably shared their stories. Great book!

It is an excellent book. I am a nurse and I have let some of my patients read this book. It is very empowering. Great book.
