Lovely shears well worth the money excellent for portioning chicken ect.

Amazing shears, feel heavy and are of high quality. I calculate that I have recovered the cost by reducing the cooking time of spatchcock chicken Vs normal- around 20 mins less per bird ( we eat a lot of chucks ). Also, in my oven,I would have to cook a chicken on its own and then the veg and spuds after, with the spatchcock chicken I can cook the whole roast dinner in one go and that is a lot of energy saved.

These are, by far, the best scissors I've owned. Everything else isnt even a comparison. If you're looking for super sharp and accurate scissors, its worth the initial investment.

These are very sharp and very solid pair of shears. The blade tension is adjustable which most of the others don't have. I purchased these after using my decent quality shears that I had, to spatchcock a 23 lb turkey. They were sharp but didn't work well, but this pair completed the task with ease. This pair cut large bones well, and still cut turkey skin with ease after cutting bones.
