Thus book was literally like the author was in my head living my current life... this was so therapeutic and helpful, and just beautiful and well written. A must read honestly for all. Everyone can relate to this at some point in their life.

Be ready. Its a must read for sure

I loved this book I had to stop reading it cause I didn’t want it to end. I plan on rereading it anytime I feel the world or a certain person is coming down on me. It is a book that will lift you and make you feel a lot less alone. Definitely worth the buy.

She is amazing with her powerful use of words! I can see it, feel it, hear it, taste it, smell it and touch it! Her poetry changes you into a more authentic human being who is not longer afraid to feel and share it without any shame!

Best book I have ever read to internalise the intense trauma and pain as a victim recovering from pathological narcissistic abuse.Najwa Zebian is a very sincere and beautiful soul that wrote this from her heart obviously with a painful story behind her that she had forged into a guide and reference of soulfull wisdom.

I am crying because this book spoke to the wounds in me that have been begging to heal itself. It spoke to the girl in me that needs nurturing from the woman in me. It spoke to my bones, to my veins, to my heart- all the places that have been craving love from all the wrong places- only to realise that love was at the core of my existence all along. I am my home. I am looking from my problems from the sky, and they do look a lot smaller now. Thank you Najwa. Thank you for sharing your journey- to help us heal. I recommend this book to anyone and everyone. Everyone has some sort of pain that needs acknowledgement.

I absolutely loved this. I need to read more poetry. Najwa gets deep into your soul, and for someone like me who has been through a painful divorce it is definitely a healing salve for your spirit.

I first bought Mind Platter after seeing a celebrity reading it on IG. I loved it so much that i looked into other books the author wrote. I came across Sparks of Phoenix and The Nectar of Pain. I went with this one 1st. I am so glad i did. I felt like Najwa Zebian was writing about my own personal experiences. As i read each chapter, my heavy heart felt lighter and lighter. I can't wait to purchase her 3rd book and look forward to what comes next.

Auf manchen Seiten steht nur ein Satz, doch dieser Satz ist so Mächtig, dass er die ganze Seite füllt.Für mich war dieses Buch eine Reise und es bestärkt mich darin mit dem was mir angetan wurde zu Leben und als Mensch zu wachsen.

A wonderful book I have never come across and THE FIRST BOOK THAT I HAVE COMPLETED READING SO FAR, I have got the motivation to read more of her books and other books too!!! An Inspirational book!!! I will read it again for sure!!

I just started to read the first pages and I am already in love of this book . Najwa with her writing taking out all my emotions inside and make me feel loved .

Written with great emotion and passion from the heart of one who knows how it feels to struggle. Describes the feelings that relate to disappointment and the need to move on. Inspires one to release their emotions and move forward towards the life that they deserve. Thanks for writing from your heart and inspiring others.

Great book, I am loving reading it. Love the author and can relate to many of the poems.
