41 inch Handmade Japanese Samurai Katana Sword Full Tang for Man Gift Cosplay Decoration Self Defense

Stunning sword, very well made and all parts were nice and tight. Did not have to wait months as I have on other things sent from China, I think it was around 2 weeks or so. The blade just blew me away with the folded patterns in an almost crimson coating, I mean this sword is really a beautiful thing to behold. I have already put several more swords in my wish list for a later purchase. Oh yea and it is very sharp, not razor but enough to do some serious damage to an intruder if it ever I need it for such a reason! I don't use my swords for cutting bottles and stuff but am certain this one would have no trouble doing so if you are into that sort of thing. All in all, I absolutely love this sword and highly recommend it or others Shijian makes. For a mid priced katana I think it's worth it, and am saving up for the ones on my list.

I've had this for a few years now and this has been the best sword I've ever owned. It will rust if left uncared for but with some gun oil once a month it stays looking like new. 10/10 would recommend for a collector.

The red/black contrast is fantastic on this blade (electroplate transfer if I remember correctly, meaning the color won't scratch off). You can see the folds of the steel clearly, and it adds a distinct look. The tsuba and overall assembly is solid, although like most katanas they get notches in the blade easily with harder, more western style blades. Besides that though, the blade has a sharp edge and especially sharp tip. The scabbard is rather spartan (no end caps or anything) but the black with the red paint strokes adds a great contrast to the katana. Snug fit, but once you unsheathe it some dozen times, it will come out with a clean stroke.

Grandson was very happy with this sword for a Christmas present to add to his collection. Very detailed workmanship.

This is overall a beautiful blade for the price. Everything on the blade is fitted very nicely except for how the blade is off center within the habaki. It is flush with the left side but left with a gap on the right. Not that big of a problem considering the blade from the tsuka and forward is straight. Probably just a little bit of a manufacturing error but not a problem enough to be disatisfied. The saya is made beautifully. The Sageo is a little thin but still accentuates the saya wonderfully. The blade, as it was new fit snuggly into the saya, but over a few dozen draws has become loose. Not a problem if you use wooden shims to tighten up the fit. Overall beautifully done. Worth the money. Wonderful weight and balance and wrapped perfectly. Would absolutely buy another from this brand.

I literally never write reviews, however I will make an exception for something so delightful. This sword is everything and more. It was custom made, it’s looks and feel extraordinary, and, well, I love it. It was a fantastic buy. Shipping was pretty quick especially coming from China. The engraving is beautiful done and the word I had engraved was spelled correctly. Do note that the Purple sword does appear dark, as seen in the picture. The silk bag it came with was unexpected but a beautiful touch, which I thank them for including. If you’re looking for your next gorgeous sword, this is the one. I would give it more stars if I could.

It was we’ll packaged it’s pretty dam sharp the blade is awesome. Everything is made well and the Siya is very tight.
