Best one I've tried
I've tried many hair removal creams in the past for my facial hair - they've always either not done the job, or created a ridiculous amount of irritation or - worse! - both. They've always smelled unpleasant and have never been all that easy to apply. This product was totally different. It comes in a bottle with a brush included, like the bottles of PVA glue you used to use at school. The product is a light pink colour, and smells far more pleasant than other products - and I had it right under my nose for the full 5 minutes! It applies easily, thanks to the brush. I did a patch test 24h in advance as my skin can be irrationally sensitive, but I had no reaction at all. I would recommend you do this, not only to test for irritation but also to work out how long you need to leave it on. It says to use for no longer than 5 minutes, but you may not need all this time for it to do its job. It has removed ALMOST all the hair (hence my 4* review) - a few stubbly bits have been left, but only I can see them, and compared to what it was like, it's a vast improvement. As some of the hair is quite coarse, I followed the instruction on the box to saturate it with water for a few minutes prior to applying the cream (I just soaked some cotton wool and left it to sit on my face). Removal was easy - more cotton wool and warm water. My skin afterwards felt a little tight, but it subsided after an hour, and there were no red blotches/puffy skin to show what I had been doing! All in all, a very good product!

well it works somewhat well...
bought this for my stubborn upper lip hair and my little goatee under my lip since i am very insecure about it and hate waxing. i was surprised it removed most of it after leaving it on 3 mins! problems are it leaves small patches of hair so it looks weird and you can't reapply it bc it burns if you do... i had to resort to just plucking the rest which is something i wanted to avoid by buying a cream. at least it's a lot cheaper than waxing appointments, doesn't feel like my skin is being ripped off, and i have no noticeable hairs now. we'll see how long it lasts.

Good product if you have sensitive skin only leave it on for a half the time it says!
Really good product. Started buying it at bodycare 6 years ago before they stopped stocking it so I've done without it for 2 years till I started using it the packing has slightly changed (just the colours) and so has the colour and texture of the wax itself however after using it for the second time now I can confirm it's not as strong as it was before which is good for me so I can leave it on a bit longer on eyebrows and tash however I wouldn't suggest that for people with sensitive skin please be weary and consider doing a test patch first. When I used to use it I left it on too long and it ripped my skin off and caused major irritation and it tooks months for my skin to recover so be careful. I'm going to keep buying it and oh one bottle would usually last me almost 2 years so this is the lick good value for money! I would suggest using a warm cotton pad to remove it and put a timer on

Basically chemical burns in a bottle
This stuff is literally useless Either it works or it basically gives you chemical burns Anyone else think that is an incredibly awful side affect of a hair remover "supposedly" for sensitive skin thats already prone to damage, irritation and or break outs and easy sun burn. Whats even scummier is every review I've made for this pathetic excuse of a product has been removed and flagged Funny how ever since I bought this stuff practically all the bad "false" reviews seem to be disappearing Don't touch any of the abysmal Nair products Its been about 2 months since ive used this stuff and the damage is still present, to the point ive now had to be referred to dermatologists beyond the ones from the GP (UK) For sensitive skin utter lies this lot has cost me totally so far nearly £100 in prescriptions and probably about £150 in normal cosmetics and shaving equipment because now everything that used to work for me burns my skin or just doesnt work anymore Just wax it'll probably be less hassle tbh (should have done that for my face instead but cant even try it now skins to Sensitive to everything now)

Disappointing Reaction for Sensitive Skin
I was initially quite disappointed with the Nair Nourish Facial Brush-On Hair Removal Cream, however have come back to change my review 24hrs later. I followed the directions precisely, however after using it, my skin was left with a red glow and felt slightly puffy. I, of course panicked, consulted AI and was told to run my face under cold water and apply a thin layer of hydrocortisone cream, which I did. This was concerning, especially as it's designed for delicate areas like the face and for sensitive skin types however, I also went onto read that some redness and puffiness is normal. Even with this information I immediately think doom and gloom- I've given myself an unwanted chemical peel- not what you want when you have a big event to go to the next day! Having visions of going out looking like an over ripe tomato, an hr or so later, the redness and puffiness had subsided. I followed the same routine before bed (cold water wash with baby shampoo and a thin layer of hydrocortisone cream) and woke up to the most beautiful dewy skinned, hair free face. The results where so impressive that my fiancè used it as he also wanted to look 20 again (both being in our young 40's). Now he's walking around thinking he's going to he ID'd everywhere... I would recommend this but would caution others with sensitive skin to be very careful and prepared for the redness and puffiness, or perhaps perform an extended patch test beyond what's recommended.
