I love the quality hominy the Juanita’s brand gives. I’ve never received a bad can. I mainly use hominy to make pozole or menudo. A pozole can never be completed without hominy I love that they have different sized cans one is more for a couple or single person and the other is family sized it’s a huge can I have a family of four and we usually make enough for three days so the big can is usually way more than enough for us I usually end up tossing maybe less than a quarter cause it gives so much.
