More than cider vinegar..has black pepper, turmeric and ginger. All help with gut and good digestion. Quite a big capsule, need a lot of water to ensure no reflux symptoms. I will buy again👍

They are very easy to swallow capsules, they seem to suppress the appetite especially if taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach

This natural or in other words mother nature is absolutely 💯 by me. Sciatica nerve is a very painful condition and yes you can go to the doctors and get man-made remedies that do the trick but do calls side effects to which I'm sure those who take man made painkillers will understand totally different with mother nature by Your Side

I am a woman of a certain menopausal age, my weight is increasing but I find it particularly difficult to lose it. I have been taking 3 capsules a day for nearly 3 weeks now and I am certainly noticing a difference. I have lost 3lb.. (which I am thrilled about) I have increased my steps every day (not running marathons) I am not eating between meals; I don't want to eat biscuits or snacks and when I do eat my portion size is definitely smaller.. I have tried a number of different tablets, eating habits etc etc and this to date, so far is my go to.. Yes I am watching what I eat and exercising slightly more, I love my food and I am enjoying my food but eating less and still feeling full. I hope this helps, I appreciate it might not work for everyone, but the capsules are excellent value for money and worth a try... good luck

I’ve bought this previously, but not from Amazon, it was out of stock so Amazon to the rescue. Much easier to take than the liquid vinegar and doesn’t smell so strong

I thought I'd give this a try after hearing so much about the health benefits of ACV. I'm on month 4 of taking these supplements and I've noticed a couple of thing. A nail infection that I've had for over a year and struggled to shift with other treatments is now showing more promising signs of improvement and is growing out. I've had keratosis pilaris (blocked spotty hair follicles) on my thighs for probably 20 years now. In recent years it has got worse and I was trying different body washes and moisturisers to treat it. Nothing was working for very long. I've noticed recently that the skin on my thighs is looking the best it has ever looked and there is barely any keratosis pilaris. I didn't take ACV supplements to treat either of these issues. I wasn't aware that they may treat them. I'm over the moon that they are improving both and I don't doubt there are more improvements to be discovered in the future. Especially delighted with the improvement / almost complete healing of keratosis pilaris which has bothered me for 20 years! I will definitely continue to take these supplements.

Don’t know if they actully help at all but there were no negitave effect, took one star for the nasty taste and smell.
