Fun World Fade in/Out Unknown Phantom Child Costume, Large

I got this for my 10 year old son and it was exactly what he wanted and then some! I love the realistic "robe" and he was really wowed by the glowing eyes. I was really impressed that they fade on and off, super creepy, especially in the dark! The glasses that allow for glowing eyes under the hood could use some reengineering: for example, they pushed into my son's face a little uncomfortably and the battery pack has nowhere to rest, which pulls the glasses down. Maybe I missed a trick there, but it seems to me that could be solved pretty simply by adding pockets to the robe. We had to feed the wire down his sleeve and secure it to his wrist. Even with this small issue, the cost and quality of this costume still deserves 5 stars! My son is a tad thinner and a tad taller than average and I was thrilled with the fit of a size 12-14.

Just received my son costume today. I have a 10 year old in the 5th grade. I was torn and not sure what size to go with but ended up going with the large. I’m super happy I did because it fits him perfectly! My son is prob shy of 5 ft to put it in perspective. The bottom of the costume is half an inch from touching the ground but it looks dope. Super stoked that it worked out.

It seems that most of the reviews focus on the glasses. They are uncomfortable for me, but my son says that they aren't bad. If you're wondering how the glasses light up and your kids can still see out - the lights are attached to the bottom of the glasses, so if you're wearing glasses, the lights would be on your cheeks. Like some of the other reviews, the left light is not as bright as the right light, but mine wasn't that noticeable. Just slightly less bright. The wire and battery holder attached to the glasses is a little bit cumbersome because the wire is rather thick and the battery holder will have to fit into your kid's pocket. I believe the wire is long enough to reach pants, but I suppose a pocketed shirt would be better. Size run a little small for the body part of the costume, but the mask is roomy. My son wears size 10/12 clothes and the large fits him just right. It's one piece, with the face part covered with a translucent black cloth. I'm not sure how well my son will see out of it at night, so I would highly recommend a flashlight. The mask/headpiece fit me and it was actually quite comfortable. It didn't make me sweat like most masks out there, and I was able to breathe freely. In the package is the mask/headpiece, the glasses with the glowing lights, gloves, the body of the costume, a piece of matching black cloth for the belt. There is NO sickel and NO boots. Those must be purchased separately. Happy Halloween!

I liked the cut, design and quality of the fabric. Also, it seems well made. My son loves his costume! The lighted red eye glasses are well designed and work great. My son wears eyeglasses, the red eye glasses fit below his eyeglasses which is a fabulous design!!!

Very cool costume. My 10 yr old is really excited to wear it for Halloween. Battery pack has wire long enough to fit under robe to sit into back pocket of jeans that would be worn underneath. Glasses are a little loose, but with mask on fit snug against the face. Ordered a size Large for 4'5" and 75 lbs and he will definitely be able to wear the costume again next year.

I bought this for my 10 year old this Halloween, based on the mostly positive reviews, and also because it was different than what most of his friends were going as. The Good: Simple and sinister. The idea of the glasses is neat. The Bad: The glasses had a short or a broken wire or something, because instead of fading in and out, they kind of sputtered (I don't want to say they flickered, because it didn't really look cool at all), and eventually stopped working. The Not-So-Good-But-Not-So-Bad: I ordered a Large, which is rated as a 12-14. My 10 year old was too tall for it to be real flowing. It covered his arms fine, but the bottom of the robe didn't even get to his ankles, more like mid to lower shin. We compensated with black pants, which, in the dark, took care of the problem. The End Game: The idea is good, but the costume is cut small, and the glasses are a gamble. Seeing that it wasn't on sale, I would say you'd do better going with something else.

My son is 8.5yo, 52 inches tall. I ordered the 10-12 size and I'm glad I did. I wanted it to go to his ankles and it did. I would've ordered size 8-10 if I hadn't read the reviews on sizing. He still wears size 8 NOT 10 in his normal attire (jeans/shirts) It's just a teensy bit big but it's PERFECT for him. It will allow plenty of room for warmer clothes underneath. The picture was taken with nothing under the costume. The glasses would not stay on alone but don't get discouraged, once the hood/mask was on they stayed perfectly in place.

Bought this for our 9 year old son who wanted to be creepy but not gruesome for Halloween. I was worried the eyes wouldn't work but they worked fine and lasted through a Halloween party and the actual night. Who knows how long it'll last from here on out but it earned its cost. My son is very tall for his age (5 feet) and the size Large robe fit fine through his arms but was almost to his knees. It was ok with black pants underneath but if you have child over 5 foot its really going to be too short. He got a lot of positive comments about the eyes behind the face mask and had a great time scaring some people on Halloween!

Buen producto. Aún no le he puesto pilas a los lentes. Pero viene bien y el cableado se ve en buenas condiciones. Incluye los guantes y es del tamaño exacto. Un disfraz diferente a los tradicionales y que sin duda encantará a los pequeños!

Overall the costume was great. The sickle is sold separately which is made clear on the package/product information, which I also ordered. The plastic glasses that hold the red eyes did fit big, but with the hood on, it will hold in place.

I ordered this for my son, who is 10 years old and a tall boy. We got a size 12-14. It's shorter than pictured. I thought with that size it would be the right length, but no matter. The glowing eyes glasses are made to fit all head sizes, so you will need to secure them. My son is happy with the costume, and it feels like it will last and not rip easily.

La tela y el terminado esta muy bien del disfraz, el tamaño esta muy chico, es talla 12-14 y mi hijo tiene 10 y le quedo pintado, los guantes están grandes y los lentes electrico también, le quedan a un adulto, sugiero que sean un poco más chicos para que no se les caigan a los niños, en general son detalles pero esta muy bien 👍.
