This is a very nice Eevee building block set. Thankfully all the pieces were there. It is a little bit of a challenging build for someone below the suggested age of 10, but not too difficult. It just takes a bit of time. The instruction style is a little bit different from the standard Lego style, but not a problem. In fact, it might be more clear for some. The bricks don't quite feel or go together the same as the name brand ones, but again, not that big of a deal. Just be sure to squeeze them together and remove the gaps as you go along, otherwise they accumulate, and can make putting on side sections a little difficult. Adorable and substantial Pokemon creature once you are finished. The size is impressive!

My 6yo loved building this. I took him 3 days, couple hours each day. He mostly built it alone but for some help on a couple occasions. Reasonably priced when compared to Lego sets, and quality was as good. All the parts functioned as it was supposed to. Instructions were very clear. It was fun for the two of us and I ordered an other one as a surprise for a rainy day.

I read a lot of reviews for this product and I was hesitant to buy it based on what I read but I’m 100% glad we bought it. 1. I’ve read that the constructions are difficult to follow. I didn’t find this to be true. While they are different from other brand instructions they are very clear with what pieces are needed and where they need to go. It just takes a few moments to understand how they’ve structured the instructions and once you’ve got that down, there’s no problem. I helped my 5 year old get started and then he took off on his own. 2. I’ve read that the pieces are difficult to put together. When constructing the different parts, it was very simple to snap pieces in place. I did have to help my son (5 years old) connect the parts to each other but that’s only because the figure is rather large and his small hands couldn’t manage it. I did also “tighten” the pieces (extra squeezing) to make sure the parts could be put together when it was time. 3. Missing pieces reported....to this I say, these people probably just didn’t put the right pieces in the right spot. Each bag comes with all of the pieces you need. If you find that you are missing a piece, you probably put a piece in the wrong spot. (Usually same shape, but different size) 4. Bag order...all of the pieces are in the bag number indicated....non-yellow...or “special” pieces are in the smaller, un-numbered bags. I don’t think it explained that, but it was simple to figure out. All in all, it took us around 9 hours to assemble Pikachu but it was worth it. It’s super cute! You are able to manipulate the ears, tail, arms and legs. It stands easily on its own. My 5 year old managed to put it together with minimal assistance.

Arrived in great condition. Such a fun building experience. Overall look is fun and adorable.

The finished product is adorable, there is not doubt about that. However, this Pikachu has a ton of tiny parts with some rather unclear instructions. While it says kids can put it together, an adult is going to have to be around to decipher what the diagrams are saying. Also, while MegaBlocks have come a long way from what they were in the '90s, they still aren't made to the same quality as Lego, so many of the pieces required adult strength to force together. Additionally, this was missing parts. I will give MegaBlocks credit, when we contacted them they were fast to ship the missing parts quickly. All in all, this is worth the money and time to put together, just know what you are getting into!

I love these Pokémon figures. They are super cute and make great gifts for kids (or for Pokemon collectors of any age). They include instructions that are easy to follow, and everything arrived in perfect condition!

Compré este producto para mi hija de 7 años. A Ella sola, le cuesta un poco, pero la idea era pasar buenos ratos en familia y ha cumplido sobradas las expectativas. Todo muy organizado por bolsas numeradas. Muy sencillo de seguir y el resultado es sorprendente. Piezas robustas y de muy buena calidad. Si has de regalar algo, esto es muy entretenido y muy muy educativo.
