Very happy with my mugwort

I purchased this on recommendation of my Dr of Oriental Medicine. Product arrived really fresh and fragrant. It works for me as expected....tastes good brewed as tea. Will order again.

I don’t use mugwort for flavor or scent. Like most kinds it doesn’t smell weird, it resembles a light bonfire smell at best. If you haven’t had it before, it’s not a great flavor, but that’s not what it’s for. After using it a few times you shouldn’t notice much of a taste. If it bothers you, you can try mixing it w/ tea. The bag is also probably gonna last awhile which is a bonus.

I got this tea because I saw a video about how you will get vivid dreams. I have had some few vivid dreams when I drink this tea at night so I would say this works for me sometimes. Overall the taste isn't my favorite but I put some sugar in it so it's sweeter for me and more enjoyable

I've had other brands of mugwort that even just a pinch would be hands down, the most bitter drink you can imagine. I don't know how they take care of these plants or do something different for the drying process. But this mugwort is way more tolerable and with honey or other teas, is actually pleasant to drink. I notice my sleep quality is better when I take mugwort in conjunction with other gentle sleeping herbs. I also use it with ginger to settle food related upset stomach issues. The package they use keeps it fresh, and I highly recommend them.

I'm using this as a sleep aid. I noticed the freshness and fluffiness of the herb immediately when opening the package. Much more plant material, less stems. It smells far better than the other two types I have ordered. I'm assuming since it's much fresher and of higher quality, it will also be more potent. This took awhile to arrive, but everything is slow because of Covid-19 right now. I'm really pleased with the product and it was worth waiting for. If I like it as much as I think I will, I'll order again for sure. Hands down much better quality than any other type I've tried - just like buying from a specialty herb store like Mountain Rose Herbs or Humboldt Herbals. Five star product.

Great herb

It tastes really good. But unfortunately, it does not work at all for anything. Not pain or sleep. Flavor was great though.
