Liposomal and loaded with more than luteolin.
Liposomal supplements are more bioavailable, which is great. Luteolin has a long list of well-researched pluses. As the capsule is easy to swallow and it's liposomal, it is easy to use. No negatives from use.

Beware supplements with multiple supplements in them.
Beware supplements with multiple substances. This has both restavetrol, luteolin, and quercetin which causes an extremely dry mouth, sore tongue and lips. For some maybe a good combo but for me the restavetrol and quercetin combo were a major issue.

No noticeable difference
2 capsules daily, 30 day supply I started taking this Luteolin complex because of its potential anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective benefits. The listed ingredients in the VITACRLLYNMN Liposomal Luteolin Supplement should make a difference. By the end of the bottle, I saw no reduction in inflammation or pain, or improved cognitive function. Perhaps it's me or the VITACRLLYNMN Luteolin blend is not potent enough. I requested but never received a Certificate of Analysis needed to verify the quality and concentration of the ingredients.
