Recently I read about the goodness of Haritaki powder (Kadukkai in Tamil). It is said in siddha medicine that taking a bit of ginger in morning, dried ginger after noon & a half a spoon of Haritaki will make the body immune and also reduces bad fat. I bought this organic product. It has a safe brown package cover, inside that there is sealed bag. So no worries. I started taking this about 30 mins post dinner. I can see that it helps digestion and makes it easy while poop. I have taken this even after extreme dinner. Does it work. I have been using this for 10+ days and good to see some improvements. But one thing ppl, this tastes really bad. If you add this to your juice, the juice is spoiled for sure. Mix it with coffee, it is again tastes nasty. Better to have it in just water and glup it at once. additional info: I also read that it helps in reducing under eye darkness. Beeing trying for a week now and it is good. Those areas are lightened now

Best product from Jaivik after using Shatavari powder , this my second favourite. It gives instant relief and no issues for using it

Haritaki or Harad power is the best to use for Indigestion, heartburn, tonic, etc. it has many other effete in the body which are all very helpful. It takes almost one week if taken every day to show up. It also helps for heart problems and body weakness and weak pains around the body. It also helps in Blood sugar level and to undo all the problem one face because of the illness. Overall this is very best and very safe use it and doesn’t give up attest take this for 2 weeks. Understand it takes time and will show result attest after for 1 week Haritaki or Harad Rasayan can also be very useful. (very easy to make see online) Not to have more than one teaspoon in 24 hours. It has side effects so don’t have more and MAX time for daily use is 6 months and 1 month of break

I seriously don't know the quality of this product, the reason is I have been using haritaki since a year (I buy the dried fruit n make a paste out of it using mortar) and the original authentic paste resembles sandalwood paste. ...but this one is dark it turns out as a black paste when mixed with water. Secondly, the original haritaki is not this bitter whereas this one is sick I mean so much bitter. I am not sure whether there are different types of haritaki which is why there is a difference. Would appreciate if the seller clarifies this.

To be honest,it tastes horribly bitter and i have to chug it down with water. It also tends to stick in your mouth. However, you ought to consume it for it's health benefit (half a teaspoon). It's supposed to cleanse your body of all toxins with regular use and I have been told that my skin glows because of it after a month's usage. A clear gut or an unconstipated stomach's health reflects on your face which will look less puffy and brighter. You can watch ample youtube videos on it's intended health benefits which are also spiritual in nature.

This product was my first purchase as a powder earlier I used to purchase the direct harad from nearby kirana stores. I tried it for the first time as a powder, and My overall experience was very good, quality is also top notch along with the pricing. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family members.

My husband found much relief with this for gas and acidity problems post meals. Also was immensely helpful for my 9 year old girl. She used to fart a lot, that stinked. I did some research and gave this to both. It probably works by acting on the gut microflora that bring about fermentation in gut causing gas. It worked well.. hope it helps you too.

It's good product and effective

Worth the money. Great detox just have to get use to the taste. Also good for digestive health, constipation and many other health benefits.

Although very bitter, I can say it does have health benefits, my joints are no longer so stiff in fact when I take some of this, I can drop it low with the best of them. I am on a path to regaining eating healthier, I take a half teaspoon and put some in warm almond milk, with half teaspoon turmeric, cinnamon and a dash of cayenne pepper . I also like how it cleans you out too. A young brother I did a divination for hipped me to this, while I'm not crazy about the taste, I am from a culture that some of the healthiest herbs, powders are not nice tasting. The benefits far outweigh the taste so I will deal.

This stuff could be wonderful and so far it’s great as a cleansing product. I found that I couldn’t take it before bed because it would wake me up much earlier than i wanted and felt exhausted during the day. I started taking it in the morning instead and haven’t had any issues since. It will definitely clean you out and produce very vivid and realistic dreams. I googled it’s uses and it’s supposedly a “ magical” fruit/herb used for thousands of years to help treat numerous issues. I guess we will see. I’m highly optimistic! It also seems to treat skin issues as well, so that’s a plus.
